孩子想住太空房所以定了這裏，房間還是可以，但是價格有點不划算，整體環境不是太好，送的票不是象山影視城…是我理解錯誤了～

首先 酒店是沒什麼問題 環境也挺好的
但是我覺得前台小姐姐真的很不夠醒目
我住這裏也不是一晚 而是好幾晚 而且行李很多
**給我安排在隔壁樓沒有電梯的房間 看到我這麼多行李也不見可以在我的角度出發給我安排個有電梯的房間！沒電梯就算了 也沒眼力勁 連説要不要幫忙拿行李也沒有！真的太差了 簡直很影響體驗！直到最後一晚 我主動提要換房 才給我換 明明有空房前幾天幹什麼去了！簡直了！

這是靠近海影城和象山影視城的酒店，總體感覺一般～
要玩海影城和影視城的，對住宿要求不是很好的，還是可以推薦的～
優點：步行可到達海影城和影視城，酒店還可以買包含海影城和影視城門票的套餐～
缺點：好幾個插座是無電的狀態，電話機還是壞的，電話給前台最後用掉是自己的手機
不過第二天反饋了，致歉還是很有態度的，總體離開前，還是滿意的吧～

晚上天氣冷，空調開得多，外機有點聲音睡不着，打電話反饋後值班經理馬上就上來了，瞭解情況後幫我們換了相對靜音的房間，相比於之前去過的好多五星級酒店，也沒有這麼快的響應和處理速度，為這個經理點贊👍酒店設施和服務都很好，早上出門吃自助的時候路過工作人員會和我們打招呼説早上好，給我們指路，説真比有些五星酒店好多了！工程隔音問題沒做好短時間改不了可以理解，服務爛了才是真的爛。總而言之，這是家好酒店！

中國海影城門票2張: 酒店不錯就在海影城的旁邊有早餐還送海影城門票，還可以免費換裝，景區里人不多，一家人換裝拍照玩的太開心了，非常值得推薦
