Amazing place as always And the stuff super helpful and understanding Definitely coming again

The view is trully amazing, surely the best in xiamen. But the service is minimum, the check in procedure is not so friendly to foreigner as its a self check in and everything is in chinese. The room sound isolation was also a big problem as we could hear the whole conversation of the people in the nearby rooms ! Thats a big problem ! Overall we didnt meet any other serious issue but the service isnt good enough if we consider the price / quality ration.

I have been to Xiamen so many times but this is the first time I chose a service apartment. However, I DO NOT recommend any business travelers or foreigners staying here. The room is not soundproof, in the middle of the night you will hear the pump and noise from other rooms. The windows are also not sturdy in strong winds as it faces the sea. Specially, the amenities in the room are EXTREMELY POOR. It only has toothbrush, comb, and disposable bath towel (you will need to ask the owner for cotton towel). It has two clothes hangers but no place to hang your clothes so you will probably have to leave your clothes scattered all over the room. In general, with this price, it is not worthy. The only one star i want to give this apartment is for the location and the view. It is on the 50th floor with a wide window looking to the ocean, BUT there are hundreds of worth-trying hotel or homestay in Xiamen could offer this view, with much better service

This is the landmark of the Xiamen city. View is superb and neighbourhood is nice with Lot of young people. I booked High Rise apartment but for some reason I got apartment in lover possible level. It’s more than 50 floor high building but I got room in 18th floor. As well room size was Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

I came to Xiamen for a few days in my spare time and stayed in their apartment. The staff had a very good service attitude, the room was clean and comfortable, and cycling around the island during the day gave me a feeling of freedom. It was also very convenient to eat, shop and get tipsy. It was only 1 km away from the island, and Shapowei was downstairs. Sitting in the room, I could see Gulangyu Island, and enjoying the sunset breeze and this quiet moment was the best comfort. The area around the twin towers was a gathering place for young people, and with the blessing of Xiamen University, it was more literary and youthful. Xiamen is a city that you don't want to leave once you come here. I like Xiamen very much, and I will choose their apartment next time I come.

The apartment is on top of the Twin Towers. The environment is very good. The staff has a good service attitude. The room is clean, tidy and bright. It is very close to the attractions. Shapowei is downstairs and Xiamen University is next to it. You can also see Xiamen University from the room. It is very convenient nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants and fruit shops are all very close. The front desk sister is very good to communicate with! Very enthusiastic. I feel that Xiamen is a very, very hospitable city! I will come again next time

It was already past 11 o'clock after I stored my luggage. I couldn't go because it was too late, and I couldn't go in because the room was not cleaned. Just like that, I wasted my time! You said that your phone calls were not answered in time, what kind of hotel are you running? You have no sense of service at all. It is very troublesome to stay in a hotel. The room is also average, not worth more than 400 yuan at all. The room arranged by the store is also weird, arranged in a corner, except that you can see the sea, there is no other advantage. In the afternoon, the baby just fell asleep and was awakened by the sound of an electric drill. It was said that the owner was renovating. The electric drill started at more than 8 o'clock in the morning, which made it difficult to rest. In short, it was a very bad experience. I hope everyone will avoid this store. It is really super bad🤬
