Since the lounge was under construction, I heard that lounge benefits were available at the cafe on the first floor, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told number 3 that they couldn't do anything because the lounge was under construction. They gave me the key and told me I could go up, so I asked them if they had forgotten anything, and they answered no. When I showed them the hotel reservation conditions, they gave me a name tag and two snacks as a special gift. In the end, I went out to eat, and when I asked again, it turned out that I had given the wrong answer. They say they can give you cake, fruit, and coffee just within three hours. I'm full, but it's amazing. The weather was 30 degrees and the swimming pool was under construction so I couldn't use it.

Good breakfast. Nice views. some equipment are old. TV is small and quality of the channels are not good. No smart toilet and no minibar.

Wyndham Grand Hotel is a bit far out but it's really peaceful and quiet for families that need some rest and to catch up on their sleep! The staffs were so friendly and helpful for a request I've asked for and accommodated my every needs! We were welcomed with small gifts and free afternoon high tea that is part of our room package!

Amazing room, sea view even from bathroom. The help from Lydia and Peter in English made my stay even more comfortable. Thank you both ❤️ The service was great and quick. Breakfast was rich with warm and cold options. Plenty of fruit choices. I would advise to add cheese to the menu.

We had a wonderful few days stay. The receptionist (Tina) provided us with a room with a nicer view of the bay. Unfortunately, executive benefits are not what they used to be. Trip and the guide in the room still show the full range, but in many cases this is outdated information. Nevertheless, the hospitality is particularly high in this hotel. Special thanks also to the cleaning lady. Very alert to clean the room during breakfast and to provide plenty of extra water.

Friends who like to exercise should not miss this hotel. The gym is open to the public and is super, super big! This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location with very convenient transportation. I took my kids out to play. We happened to be visiting relatives in Haicang. I liked this hotel because it had a children's playground. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and friendly to children. I booked a city view room, and the front desk Xiao De upgraded it to an executive sea view room with a much better view. The service was very good. The only bug was that the takeaway could not be delivered upstairs and there was no robot service. Everything else was very nice.
