Pro - Strategic location with shopping malls and eatery around Con - little choice of breakfast, coffee machine seems less hygiene as being places near lobby instead of restaurant, poor sound proof as there are kids running around the corridor and adults chatting loud after 10pm

Room was clean and well equipped.  But with the central heating in the room it was too hot with not enough air circulation.

Most disappointed Quan Ji hotel I’ve ever stayed!! 😡😡 Water from shower room leaked to toilet floor. Person came up to service but nothing can be done. Said that Hotel was too old, what an excuse. Place not hygienic!! It looks like a motel more than a hotel! Placed the card to change bedsheet but seems like nothing changed, causing skin allergy and rashes. I have to tell the staff to change room instead of they offered me the option. Noisy environment, 8am-6pm construction noise. Walkway to laundry area was dark. Staff not very helpful as well. The only plus point was the robot delivery service, shame on the staff working attitude and poor problem solving skills over there. Even a robot did an up to standard performance. Overall bad experience. Will never come back to this hotel ever again.

Hotel was under construction when I visited, there were loud drilling noises as early as 7:30am, making it impossible to sleep or even be in the room. The location is very convenient, by Zhongshan Road with tons of food and shopping, as well as the subway nearby. Cleanliness is ok, but I found my slipper tucked away behind the bathroom door one time, so I’m not sure how well they clean behind the door, and the window sill seemed dirty. Service is acceptable and I used their laundry machines which worked well.

The location very strategic, near zhongsan road. Beside of the hotel there are foodcourt. There's alot mall near hotel. But there's no lobby for car stop. If you bring alot of luggage it can be difficult. Because you have to stop the taxi beside off the road. But i can handle it. The room is clean. There's coffee machine in the lobby, the coffee is good.

Excellent location with pedestrian streets just at the corner with plenty of restaurants and cafes also very close to metro station about 10 minutes or less walk certain part without shelter may need umbrella if rain would stay if in Xiamen again

This hotel meets expectations. Walking through the foodcourt will reach Zhongshan Pedestrian street. Lobby on third floor. Simple hotel. Booked a business double room but upon entering, there’s a strong smoke smell. Room was immediately changed. Business double room is not worth it as it is not bigger nor have more amenities than normal rooms. Renovations ongoing within the hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent, adjacent to the Zhongshan Road. Although the room is clean enough, the hotel generally seems dirty in the corridors. The breakfast is heavily Chinese, lacks choice for foreigners.

The location is great in the pedestrian region, and the hotel structure is quite good. The staff helped us to sort out an issue with the room, which is good, but none of them could speak english which made the communication a bit noisy. The breakfast could have more options, but still enough.

Hotel is good location except entrance harder to find at the back of building. Reception lobby on 3rd level. Lack of security as people joining you in lift can bypass lobby when as guest we had to tap to get to our floor from ground level allowing non guests access! Building and facilities is too old and rundown! There are many rooms on 5th level making us uncomfortable with several corridors and many rooms without windows.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was super convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

A bit run down and lack maintenance. The area is surround by commercially driven tourist shop, make sense if u are westerners, but u are a local, you probably want to go somewhere genuinely real/local

Nothing to shout about and don’t understand the high review. It’s run down and old.
