The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a free upgrade which was very kind of them! The location is in the middle of the Sanke grassland, and 30 minutes away from Xiahe town center, which is great to be out of the city!

衹能説從來沒有給過酒店差評的，這次忍不住了。
環境：天氣好的時候在房間門口桌椅坐一下還是不錯的，也衹有這點兒不錯了。另外小溪邊的木屋全是吃飯的包房，大家不要被誤導，不是住宿的小木屋。
衞生：看圖吧，死蟑螂也沒有清理，甚至墊腳的地墊和毛巾掛在一塊……？？？
設施：WiFi 不穩定，前台妹妹説正常，那我也理解了吧。房間是有空調的，但是沒有遙控器，工作人員帶我隨便去了一個沒有人的木屋拿了那個房間的空調遙控。
服務：這個才是重點，大無語。我們在木屋吃飯，點了3個菜，和一壺酥油茶，1個半小時沒上齊…找服務員，愛答不理，第一道羊肉涼透了服務員過來説拿我們這桌的水壺去裝酥油茶…我母親説這裏面有非常多水垢，服務員應該去其他房間也拿了個水壺裝，我們一口沒喝，確實衞生條件堪憂。

晚上太冷了，一個熱風機根本沒有用，沒有空調，八百多訂的，覺得太不划算了。篝火晚會也不熱鬧，什麼星空講解也沒有。

天氣不冷的話很推薦，外邊景色很美，獨立小木屋也很安靜，感覺還是挺不錯的。單純住一宿不拍照有點浪費😂
屋子衞生也還可以，到的時候藏姐姐幫忙提行李箱，他們不會講漢語，很友善。
他們家也有餐廳，説實話不推薦，氂牛肉太厚，吃了不消化，早餐也不是很推薦，
