房間裏面很好，很衞生乾淨，設施齊全，帶温泉票，帶早餐很方便，環境不錯，安靜空氣又好，很值得推薦給大家

3星給酒店基礎設施以及各類按摩服務。
這酒店格局其實很大，整體配置門面、停車場等，檔次以前應該挺高的，一查剛開了6年也不算老。結果一進房間傻眼了，電視手機網絡都連不上，的確房費也便宜又有浴池，不錯了。但我就住一晚，酒店老闆能不能翻修下，第一次來體驗有點差哈！可能也是小西天這個縣城的確挺偏遠的，酒店這種高檔商業發展不起來。
晚上11點進房間，每個房間還有大小兩套浴袍挺貼心的，但樓下毛巾還收錢，搓澡38套餐送毛巾。但是也不能住個酒店沒網又沒電視吧？不過大晚上電話前台服務，響應很迅速，馬上上來調試，説是電信的問題，雖然最後也沒解決。
1星給早餐服務人員，早餐起晚了卡着點來的，服務員説不能吃！説酒店不允許吃。明明還有很多在吃飯的顧客！

一進酒店就讓人眼前一亮，環境整潔，房間空間佈局合理，裝修風格大氣又不失温馨，細節之處盡顯品質。床品舒適，讓人能睡個好覺。唯一美中不足的是房間稍微有點熱，不過這也不是大問題，調整下空調就可以了。
酒店還提供免費的温泉，雖然這次因為個人原因沒能去體驗，但光是這一點就很加分，給了住客更多的休閑選擇。
早餐方面，種類還算豐富，能滿足基本需求，不過口味比較中規中矩，屬於比較一般的水平，希望之後能在早餐的品質上再提升一些。
總的來説，這家酒店的優點還是非常突出的，環境和房間質量都很在線，性價比很高。下次來這邊，肯定還會選擇住在這裏，也推薦給大家！

1、廁所裏的水是混濁的，不能用。我們沒有洗漱。
2、馬桶是壞的，沖的水是混濁的，黃色的，很噁心。
3、床上放的抱枕是破的臭的。
4、隔音巨差！一晚上聽隔壁聊天，孩子哭聲整個樓道能聽到，也沒有服務員去提醒！
5、床單被罩很臟，很膈應！
6、贈送早餐，饅頭是硬邦邦的，餐具臟，毫無食慾，我們沒有吃。
不能退房，按金一百。唉，很膈應的一晚。
