Swift check-in for foreigners and excellent service from the staff. This has been my "home" in Xi'an and o highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean rooms and accessible location.

Hello, I am a Thai traveler visiting Xi’an alone during the winter. I booked a room at this hotel for 3 nights at an affordable price without expecting much. However, to my surprise, the quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. This hotel is truly amazing! The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities. The hotel staff were friendly, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily during my stay. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for sightseeing. It’s near the south side of the Xi’an City Wall, within a 10-15 minute walk to the Bell Tower, and close to the metro. Next to the hotel, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. If I ever visit Xi’an again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there. The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it. Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you) I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!

Extremely clean hotel. Location is great - only 3 minutes walk to the City walls and less than 10 minutes to the metro stations (2 are close to the hotel).

great value for money! 10-15 minute walk from the metro station, 30 min walk to the bell/drum towers. front desk staff were happy to help with any issues. Hot/cold drinking water in the room, free toiletries and juice, everything you need for a few days

I didn't take photo of the room but this hotel is really great. Free bottled water and soft drinks and coffee. About 5-7mins walk to metro station. Safe and clean. Love it

Super hotel! Really friendly staff and just a great place to stay. We got an early check in when we arrived which is always amazing to have! The room is big, clean and very nice and modern. The bad was super comfortable as well and the amenities are just top notch. Friendly housekeeping who cleaned and refreshed the room. We could even do our laundry for free! One of the better hotels I've stayed at in China, and good location.

The best hotel with a good view.

Good location, easy to access the metro, also you can walk to the city center. The room is fully equipped, clean, clean white sheets, slippers, water dispenser, tv, refrigerator, the AC works very good. We arrived earlier the 2 o’clock and the room was ready.

Positives: The hotel is decently close to the station and really close to the north gate entrance of the Xi’an city wall. The room itself was decently sized and clean enough. It had a small washing machine which would be nice for longer stays. They had a hot water filtering machine in the room which was handy. Negatives: Our room was on the same floor as the cafeteria and the walls were thin so you could hear people in the hallway from inside our room. The room is a “smart” room so lights and curtains are mostly controlled by presets. The only preset with all the lights on annoyingly meant the curtains had to be open. Whenever you entered and inserted the room card, there was an automated voice comma / speaker that would trigger. Felt like all these smart features were more of a gimmick than actually useful to us. One night they forgot to give us face towels and the reception lady had an attitude when I politely mentioned it. I had to chase up about the towels another two times before they arrived.

Great location for visiting, near metro and Muslim quarter where the best food is. Room was clean and spacious and staff were helpful!

Lovely stay. Super experience at nothing cost. Wish the stay was longer. Super recommended
