Great location with the lake view. The service is excellent, friendly staff and shuffle bus services. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of selections. One of the best hotel in the West Lake area.

Friendly and ever warm welcoming of staff whenever we get back to the hotel after exhausted from our days’ trip. We were given a free upgrade of a higher floor room when we reached. Room service attendants are the best and I was really impressed how detailed and sweet the lady was in knowing we usually prefer our rooms to be cleaned after lunch as we do sleep in quite abit for most mornings. The cutest robot ever delivering our food deliveries every evening.🥰 If only there were more varieties and food options for breakfast.

It’s a great hotel especially for foreigners. Loved both the food and the workers as well, all warm and ready to help.

Biggest bed that i have seen. Breakfast is good with many special food in xian.  The hotel is value for money Location is around 20mins from key tourist spots. Only issue is wifi is not stable

The hotel room is clean and well kept. Breakfast and dinner food are acceptable. The front desk reception of Ms. Cindy is exceptionally well.

Perfect stay, the pool is amazing but a bit cold. Executive lounge is also good, really good service and quiet. Breakfast buffet has a children's play area which was great!

The best hotel I lived recently. Even some hotels are more expensive. Very nice stuffs, good breakfast and restaurants.

Renaissance Hotel is located in Qujiang New District, Xi'an. The window of the room can see the Qujiang Conference Center next door. I was sent by the online car-hailing driver from the side door. It was deserted when I entered the door. I thought I was in the wrong place. As a result, there were many guests in the lobby. The background wall of the front desk was the Great Wall of Lights, and the lampshades were also painted with different patterns. I personally like it. The astronaut cartoon images decorated in the corridors and cafes of the restaurant also won my heart. I took several photos. Breakfast is the focus of my attention. There are many varieties with Xi'an characteristics. Roujiamo is sizzling and oily. It's delicious. I chose spinach noodles for soup noodles, which are also good.
