I had a wonderful stay at the Xi'an Zhonglou Huimin Street UrCove by Hyatt. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—even with a language barrier, their kindness, patience, and dedication truly stood out. It’s rare to receive service this thoughtful and consistent. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and metro lines. It made exploring Xi’an incredibly convenient. The room was large, spotless, and well-appointed with every amenity you could think of: smart features, a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a modern, spacious bathroom. Everything felt fresh, clean, and carefully designed. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for the price. The warm hospitality, excellent location, and modern comforts made my stay memorable. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to explore the Ancient City from, right near the Bell Tower. Only complaint would be the noise from the street below, the windows are pretty good but the walls are also a little bit thin. Overall I’d definitely recommend this stay.

Happy w my 4N stay at this property!! The young guy at reception is so friendly, helped me during check-in n out!! The other staffs were also very nice always accommodate to my requests!! Room were clean n spacious, love the smart functions very much!! Bed n pillows super super comfy, I had a great rest every night!! :D

Highly recommend this new hotel, UrCove Xi'An (aka Yifu) near the Bell Tower (walkable). Immaculate, tidy and all the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent. It is close to the Bell Tower, Hulin Street, and other places on foot. The subway or taxi is very convenient no matter where you go. But when you are tired you can also ride Xian's version of a tuktuk which is an experience on it's own. The hotel is well designed from the lobby space to the foyer of our floor and the room we stayed in. The room is clean, spacious, bright, and the mattress, quilt, pillow are very comfortable and soft. The bathroom is dry and wet separated. Toilet is the fancy ones with warm seat and bidet. (See photos, kids got very excited so sheets are a bit messed up) Great service, warm and considerate. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. We recieved a thoughtful welcome fruit platter upon check in. We also had the buffet breakfast which had a nice spread of choices. Was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Easy to get around. Bright rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. But please not to have cleaning ladies come into rooms when the "do not disturb" signage is hung on the door. The semi open road-side wait area is lovely at chill at night.

A very nice stay in this hotel and in Xi'an. The services are great, the breakfast have a lot of choice and the hotel is clean and well located. Feel free to book, you will have no regret.

Love it very much, they upgraded our room for free and love the toilet bidet. Very close to muslim quarter, only 5 min walk

We were very happy with our stay! The location matched perfectly with our itinerary, and the staff was sweet.

I was given a smaller room than the one I booked. Receptionist denied their mistake but eventually made it up with a small upgrade to my room. I booked with breakfast but was told there was no breakfast in my bookings. Again, she realized her mistake after checking. Room has strong smoke smell. I asked for places to tour in the city since it was my first night there, but she does not seemed to be bothered. Overall, very poor attitude and lacklustre service from the front desk. Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff was very attentive and had good translation capabilities. The A/C worked and the rooms were well-insulated from noise. The rooms were small, but clean and modern. The area was great, but it can get busy, so you don't need to stay in the area for too many days. Breakfast was delicious and the bar area is great to relax. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again in Xi'an.
