The room is small. I must pay attention to the position of the window when I stay in the next room. I didn't pay much attention to it. The window of the room I booked was facing the wall, which was not very ventilated. The first night I stayed next door, the people smoking, the sound insulation was not very good, several men next door chatted until the early morning and smoked, which made me sleep poorly all night. When the air conditioner was turned on, the whole room was full of smoke. However, the service in the store was very good, and I was immediately given a new room. I suggest that the hotel can separate the smoking area when checking in.

The lobby was spacious and bright, with exquisite details and green plants dotted in between, creating a cozy atmosphere. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in procedures were quick and thoughtful. The guest rooms are even better. The space layout is reasonable, the smart devices equipped in the room are super powerful, the light is bright and dark, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality, exuding a pleasant fragrance. The hotel has an excellent geographical location, adjacent to the Chanba International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the surrounding transportation is well connected. Whether it is taking a taxi, taking a bus or taking the subway, it can be convenient to travel, which greatly saves time and cost. Moreover, the supporting facilities around the hotel are complete, and dining and shopping are very convenient. Hotel location is very close to the No. 3 subway station, it is more convenient to go to the popular scenic spots, the service attitude is very good, every night will have a good night, every night is different, thank you for your careful care, the front desk lady is so gentle, breakfast is good, the bed is very comfortable, The pillow not only has a soft pillow but also a memory cotton pillow. The only drawback is that the room door is closed and the sound of closing the door in the morning will affect the normal rest. Every morning, I will be awakened by the closing sound of other rooms. The overall is very comfortable!

I booked 2 rooms, one with a queen+single and another with 2 singles for our family of 5. Love the location with the metro meters from the doorstep, close to the Bell Tower, supermarket and lots of eateries at doorstep. Love the modern room amenities too as the hotel is new. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had heaters that we could adjust to our liking in winter. Value for money. Would recommend to friends and family!

The hotel was booked on behalf of someone else, so the environment is not included in the evaluation. It's really not good in terms of service. Other hotels can just apply for invoice directly through the platform, but this hotel's platform cannot issue invoices. When I made the previous reservation, the communication with the front desk was quite pleasant, but this time the communication for invoice was quite strenuous. I couldn't understand what they said. They kept saying it over and over again. The platform order number could not find the booking information. I asked to add WeChat to provide a screenshot of the booking interface, but it took a long time to reply to me. The service is not good enough! !
