Wow, this hotel really exceeded my expectations! First of all, the location is excellent, close to the high-speed rail station and subway station, and it is super convenient to travel. There are many attractions and snack streets around, so it is very pleasant to go out at night and taste local food. Finally, I have to praise the hotel's service team Bella, Rachel Vincent. They always pay attention to the needs of guests and can solve any problems in time. Whether it is the front desk, room service or restaurant staff, they are all very polite and friendly. This stay was really a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation!

We had an enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel is a little dated but remains elegant. My children enjoyed the pool but it is too deep for young children who are still learning to swim. The gym changing rooms had a jacuzzi and sauna which I enjoyed but they should be more frequently cleaned. On arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room which was very kind of the hotel. The bathroom was especially grand with an electric toilet, great shower and seperate bathtub. The breakfast had plenty of options for both Western and Asian food. In terms of the location, it is a walk to the subway station or a short bicycle ride.
