The location is perfect, right from Exit C of Dayanta Metro so I can save a lot of money moving around the city. Initially I feel the room shape is a bit weird, but it's ok. The staffs were very helpful. Special mention to the guy who helped me with the morning calls as i was heading early to terracota army and huashan. One more thing, the water kettle is perfect, as I can set the heat degree when boiling water. It was very helpful too. Thank you for the pleasant memory🙏

Getting around: It’s just a few minutes away from the subway station. It’s very close to the Tang Furong Garden and the Tang Dynasty Evernight City on foot. Hotel: Hanfu store on the first floor, guest rooms on the second floor. The guest room looks relatively new. It is quiet and not noisy at night. However, there are places being renovated around and a slight smell will drift over. Service: The lady at the front desk was very gentle. She gave free fruit during the stay and drinks in two rooms when checking out. The cleaning lady was also very kind. Overall satisfied

This hotel is the perfect choice for Xi'an living! The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to Hepingmen subway station, Line 4 directly to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City and other core attractions, Line 6 transfer to the Bell Tower, Muslim Street, convenient transportation. The hotel is adjacent to the Beilin Museum and the College Gate Cultural Street. It takes 10 minutes to ride to Yongxingfang. It is very convenient to visit the city wall or taste the bowl of wine at night. The rooms are designed with modern smart style and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the street view of the ancient city. The front desk butler intimately provides a map of the surrounding food, recommending the locals' favorite Paoyu Pavilion and Shaanxi cuisine old store. Whether it is to go shopping in the South Gate business district or check in the Internet celebrity attractions, this is an ideal place to stay, highly recommended for travelers who pursue quality and convenience!

The location is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Dashita Metro Station, which is a nice stroll, especially in winter. There are also a few shops nearby where you can grab a quick dinner. However, if you’re a light sleeper who gets easily disturbed by car honks, this hotel might not be the best choice for you. As for the price, it’s quite affordable in my opinion. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you plan to explore the city before heading to the airport. The staff are very friendly, despite the language barrier. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here! One thing to note—the bathroom is made of glass, so it might feel a bit awkward if you’re staying with friends (haha). You know what i mean here. I also had a breakfast coupon but never got around to using it because I was too lazy to go downstairs. Sorry, I don’t have any photos to share!

Very good location, 10~15 minutes walk to Bell Tower and train station. Many restaurants and eating places near by with delicious, cheap food, very convenient. Service staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was there is not lift if your room is at 2nd level. Your need to carry your luggages using a narrow staircase. Room is very spacious compared to other hotels. I will likely to book this place again if I visit Xian again.

We checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

The location is excellent: within walking distance of the metro station and the ancient wall, the Bell Tower can be reached on foot too if you don’t mind a little stretch. The owner is super responsive via text. Price is honestly too cheap for this location. Room is clean, spacious and comfy. Multiple convenience stores just off the elevator on ground level. The only downside is that the apartment is a little hard to find. We called the owner and he came down to take us to the room. I would recommend arriving during daytime hours for this reason. Owner is super helpful. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Xi’an.

1. The whole room is very clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with the slight cleanliness. 2. Room supplies hair dryers are all millet, Suifen. Easy to use The water dispenser is a bear, and the mineral water is very clean. 4. The location is very good, the music fountain Datang Everbright City is very close to 10 minutes. The hotel has a parking space, every time the children in and out of the front desk will come out to pick up and drop off, the service is in place. 5. There is a hot soup breakfast shop downstairs, not bad. Finally, let's talk about the service. This is the best one I have encountered on business for so many years, and there is no one. Sending WeChat is basically a second reply, and any needs will be in place within 3 minutes. We arrived late with a family of five luggage, and the boss picked us up in the parking lot. What was even more amazing was to help us with our luggage, which was more than we carried ourselves. moved. Very satisfied, I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an.

We extended our stay in Xi’an and booked additional days in this inn. The building is co-shared by a café and the inn run by the same team. Friendly staff helped us carry our luggage up to our rooms on the 2nd floor. Do note for visitors with accessibility issues that there is no elevator in this inn. The inn thoughtfully offered another comfy family room upon check-in that was quieter on our arrival (the original one we booked was facing the front and may have noise from bars nearby were showing football matches on the streets). Room is well equipped with amenities and there is daily housekeeping where staff would top up the bottled water, fresh towels and make up your bed (unless you request not to). We had two complimentary drinks from their cafe (this may vary with your booking). Do try their beverages and dessert while enjoying the night/sunset view of the Ming City walls and chilling out at the rooftop people watching.😜 It is near Metro Line 2 and there is a bustling night street scene nearby. You can also visit the 书院门 Scholars Gate? that is under 5 mins away or experience the 小南门早市 morning street market near 朱雀门 by riding visit the 小南门早市 morning street market near ZhuQueMen 朱雀门 by riding a bus 184/ 311 from YongNingMen 永宁门 （one stop) . Will be recommending them to my family and friends.
