This is a great hotel. It seems to be either a newer hotel or recent renovation. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Amenities were great, too. Location is close enough to highway for easy access but far enough away to escape traffic noise. Staff was very helpful and facilities are clean. I had a great stay. There are places to eat that are walkable.

The accommodations were great but the quality and selection of food at breakfast was low which impacted my review. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a little disorganized with food and drink not being replenished as used unless asked. The all day coffee in the front lobby was often empty or lukewarm. I would highly recommend the hotel if the breakfast was improved.

I wish I read reviews before I booked this Hampton. Horrible management, had the desk staff cancel my prepaid reservation 30 minutes prior to my arrival…after he left for the day. 10 weeks later, I’m still fighting for my, promised within 10 days, refund. Only compounding the stress I went through scrambling to find another room on a Friday night and having to pay a lot more.

The hotel is in an excellent location for guest wanting to ride Xenia’s wonderful rails to trails. The very disappointing news is that this Hampton Inn does not measure up to the quality of a Hilton Property chain that we have come to expect at Diamond Members. The room was not cleaned sufficiently. The linens were very worn. The bath towels were extremely thin and limited to only one towel per person. No clean towel available to dry your hair. Mold in the shower area. The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. Options were EXTREMELY limited. Staff kept telling us the food service truck would make a delivery that day. We stayed 3 nights, there was never a food truck delivery. It was so bad we checked out a day early. But I was charged TWICE for the night that we checked out of. So this morning I have spent more than an hour disputing my bill with Hilton Corporate Offices. Thankfully they have taken care of refunding my money. I regret saying we will NEVER return to this Hampton Inn because as I stated in the beginning the location is excellent for cyclists.

To begin, the hotel is under staffed. One person at the desk most of the time. Often they were outside smoking or sitting in the office with the door closed while people were waiting to check in. The room was large, which is the only reason the hotel received two stars. But the shower was moldy and grout broken. The exhaust fan sounded like a jet taking off as well. The worse part was the breakfasts. Or what there was of breakfast. Fruit was small apples. Other items were in limited supply or nonexistence. Coffee was lukewarm when it was available and they even ran out of coffee cups! We were told they had a hard time finding help. That has become the go to response anymore. We stayed at this Hampton Inn previously so we’re very disappointed and will not return which is unfortunate.

The room was great! There were 3 of us who stayed in one room and there was ample space for all of us and our stuff. I wish there were more wall hooks for towels, though.

The hotel was very nice and clean we enjoyed our stay. Our disappointment came at the complimentary breakfast. They had no orange juice! I know it may seem very petty , but when you have spent the past few days traveling, you do seem to get cranky when you're anticipating coffee and orange juice and there is none! I did ask about it, and the answer was, the staff didn’t get it out to thaw the day prior and it was still frozen!! The coffee did hit the spot!
