"We have just stayed 3 nights at the new Dionis. It is in a residential area about 10 minutes drive from Xabia. Despite this you can see the sea which is lovely. From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt welcome and at home. Alex and Alex met us with excellent hospitality. The level of service added greatly to our sightseeing tour of the area. I would highly recommend the hotel as a base for seeing the area. The room was immaculate, the view from our balcony was stunning and the design and furniture was lovely. Not to mention the fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend."

"We haven’t stayed here since it changed from Camping Javea to WeCamp , last time we came it was full to the brim and we had to go elsewhere for a few days . This time there were quite a few empty pitches . Not a lot else appears to have changed , the toilets and facilities are nice and clean and the pitches are a good size . There are 4 good supermarkets and 2 Chinese ( junk) stores within walking distance. The reason for my average score is because the restaurant is barely open during the day and not open at night - I appreciate there are lots a of restaurants within 30 minute walk to the sea front or the port but sometimes it’s nice to just have a drink or an evening snack without venturing too far . The main reason for my mark down was the payment up front / no refund policy. We left 3 days early due to a family issue which at €75 is not a small sum but were told no refunds given - lesson learnt, particularly as it was not busy . If they didn’t get 1/2 night visitors I could understand this or if they only gave vouchers but a flat out no was a bit harsh in my opinion . No doubt by close of play on the day we left our pitch was occupied !"

"What an amazing gem of a hotel. Right in the heart of the old town. We stayed 3 nights in the garden room. Great air conditioning. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Restaurants on the doorstep. Tapas and wine bars. Walk to the port we did every day and was around 20minutes. Owner organised our transfer from airport and return, couldn’t be more helpful. Service in the bar excellent, Niko the barman again friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning."

"We have just stayed at this Hotel for 3 days and it was a terrible disappointment. We booked through *********** and read the facilities on offer, and this hotel doesn’t really offer anything apart from a lovely restaurant. You book a Spa hotel which is quite expensive then they expect you to pay €20 pp per day to use the ‘Spa’ The spa consists of a small pool, jacuzzi , sauna and steam room. There is nowhere to sit or beds to relax on so you would struggle to spend an hour in there. There is no Concierge service so we had to drag our heavy suitcase down the road and lots of stairs. There was no offer of any help. The rooms seem lovely but lack any normal facilities that a 4 star hotel should offer. There was a kettle in the room but no cups or spoons, apart from the normal shampoo and shower gel there were on other nice touches that you would expect. The pool outside looks very appealing on the photos but the area is badly maintained. It rained for 3 mornings whilst we were there and the beds and cushions were left outside so soaking wet for the rest of the day. There is nowhere to get a drink by the pool and no bar area. The breakfast is nice but the service was terrible. We were never approached by staff to ask if we would like any hot food or drinks but instead had to constantly ask to be served. The hotel has been well photographed and is very well staged on Social Media but this isn’t a true reflection of the hotel. Such a shame as it could be amazing but we were glad to leave."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and really loved the hotel . Arrived late evening. Received a call from Jaime on way down to make sure we were still coming . Asked if we wanted to eat , and said he would keep the kitchen open to accommodate. Jaime welcomed us and his enthusiasm for the Nomad is amazing . Dropped bags then had a fantastic meal . The hotel decor is really cool and well thought out . Sea view rooms are worth it just for the view !!….Staff are so polite and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"I highlight lunch, dinner and breakfast. Very varied and well cooked. Terrible bathroom cleaning, even when complaining it remained the same. Good location, it's a shame we couldn't go to the closest Playa Arenal, called Playa del Urinal. They close one day due to contamination and the next day they open it???? Who do they want to fool? Black flag for environmentalists. Hotel with a long wait in elevators and very hot in common areas without air conditioning. The carpets in the hallways are left over and give off a bad smell."

"The Beach House is located in the port area of Javea, a lovely part of town with a relaxed vibe. Our stay was Sept 11-15 and the weather could not have been better. We had to go to the hotel for access to our room and the staff was courteous, helpful and professional at all times. The room was on the small side but for two people it was all we really needed. Our window opened to an inviting view of the sea setting the tone for our stay. The room was clean and bathroom adequate. Plenty of restaurants and stores dot the area and there is even a cinema! If ever in Javea again I would definitely stay at the Beach House again."
