Check in and out process was fast. Request made had been met and the Front Office Manager had been responsive to my message. Overall a pleasant stay and suggested improvement would be some soft refurbishment to some room and restaurant furniture to make it look modern since existing looks tired. Also mosquitoes to room and lobby restaurant is an issue when comfort is affected bits from mosquitoes.

Nice clean hotel. The location is so-so, but thanks to the skytrain station located at the entrance to the hotel, everything is in order. Bangkok city center is a 20-minute drive away. Not all the hotel staff is very friendly.

This hotel is interesting as it is mostly an open air concept along the corridors. On our first night we were checked into a room that had a bar across the road that played music from 10-1am that even earplugs couldn't muffle out. We requested for a change of room on the other side of the hotel the next morning which they immediately acceded to. They even brought our luggage up for us to the new room while we were out. If you're a light sleeper you might want to take note of this. The beds were also quite soft and sunken in the middle which wasn't great for our backs. 
Overall, Service is excellent. Breakfast buffet had rotating dishes everyday. Well worth the price. A walking distance to maya mall which has great food options in the food court. Oh and 4k cafe a la carte pizza was alright, but definitely skip the tiramisu. It was frozen and simply not good.

Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Bali Kuta is a convenient choice for a short stay, especially before a flight, with its proximity to the airport and nearby convenience stores. While the room is spacious but slightly worn, the bathroom amenities—featuring a renowned local natural brand ”Sensatia”—stand out. Breakfast is decent, and bike rental is available onsite.
