Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wyomissing Reviews

I called the hotel before I booked to see if the hot tub and pool was working. The guy told me yes everything is working fine. I get there on the door to the pool it has a piece of paper hanging by tape saying hot tub not working but pool is open also a paper covering the botton to control the jets to the hot tub...The pool room stink sooo bad, it was used towels on the floor and in the chairs. There wasn't any clean towels I had to go to the front desk to tell them. The pool was cold and the jacuzzi water was green and the water stink sooo bad....I will be calling to talk to the manager like the lady at the front desk told me to do to get a refund tomorrow.

It was quite late when we arrived. It was a very good hotel with a large room, a comfortable bed, a rich breakfast and good food. Most importantly, it was very cost-effective and I will stay here again in the future.
