Horrible experience here. Staff was ridiculously uncooperative with patrons. They cancelled our stay without our permission. Unacceptable hotel procedures!! My family is disappointed with this hotel. This hotel Stole 93 dollars from !/me!

Old hotel in need of updates and carpet cleaning The clerk that checked us in was pleasant and helpful with directions to the training station. Not many breakfast options. I chose it for its location to the Outer Train station.

I paid for a room at 11:00 PM and arrived at 3:00 AM to check in. The hotel refused to give me the room and claimed my payment was “lost.” I was left stranded in the middle of the night with no assistance. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I demand a full refund immediately and a clear explanation, or I will escalate this to my bank, credit card company, and consumer protection agencies.

Not too bad.
The staff was very friendly. But having people hanging outside and in the hotel was scary. They come off the street and hang out.
The room was not bad. The bed was excellent.

The room was dirty and a lot of mess, coffee machine dirty and missing part,the shower a mess, the sofa dirty with trash .
