Apartments at Number 10 the Abbey

Great apartment, everything you need for a short or long stay. Easy check in process. A little run down here and there in the rooms but overall positive stay and would stay again

Our third visit to No 10 and we were not disappointed. We stayed in The City with a very comfy bed and lovely fresh white bedding! Although not much parking most of the time we were able to park at the front or just around the corner which was fine. Only downside is that as I like to cook our meals most days, the kitchen is somewhat basically equipped.. I will remember to bring my own non stick frying pan next time we come!! We will be back again next year.. huge thank you to all the lovely friendly staff.

Check in was easy; room was clean; basic toiletries in bathroom; tea/coffee/milk sachets provided as well as washing up liquid. Needs a bit of an upkeep: peeling paint under the window, door frame coming away under the door, bed upholstery a little damaged. Towels and dressing gown provided were very hard. Stayed on ground floor and was woken a number of times by people moving in the room above as floors very creaky. Rubbish collection was early and was also noisy on the Monday morning. Okay for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Beautiful hotel and staff, spacious rooms with everything you need. Comfortable bed . Great location. The only negative is the parking is quite limited, although we were lucky and found a parking space.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The décor is absolutely lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step in. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was a breeze, making the start of my stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

4 parking spaces for 19 apartments which we were lucky by to get one the entry system is good the building hallways etc are well kept. To the room we had top floor corner room. Lovely when we walked it but then. Under the bed very dusty bathroom floor was OK. Water had been left in kettle from assume last guests . On room facilities says toothbrush toothpaste of which there wasn't. Iron someone had melted something on it at some point. Bathroom eg shower to start really needs alot of love silicone all over the place seal o bottom of shower screen really filthy. And shower head is blocked.with limescale cause it to spray out over the floor as the screen is on quarter glass panel. The towels supplied are no bigger than a hand towel.even tho robes supplied very hard to dry yourself properly.cutler would be better in drawer rather than on the bottom shelf of a cupboard.extractor fan didn't appear to work so bathroom got very steamy. For the price we paid not worth it as we have stayed in cheaper places with better facilities. Number 10 needs attention to detail
