環境：停車不太方便，但有地下停車場，可以接受，樓下好多好吃好喝的。

房間設施齊全，衞生也還不錯，前台服務也很好，自助早餐也很不錯，美中不足的就是停車不方便，得停到隔壁小區地下停車場。

不知道為什麼有那麼多好評，衝著新灑店訂一進房間一股臭味，太難聞了，跟服務員説那些服務員也沒去處理，説讓我們開抽風，本來想住兩晚都住不下。

非常特別的店，隔壁就是菜市場，感受梧州人間煙火，附近還有一家好吃的老友粉，度過了一個休閑愉快的週末，爽😊

1、位置就在大路邊，好找。樓下就是很大的菜市場，臨走時還買了不少水果。停車場是跟小區合作的，有一點點距離，地下的，有保安，很安全。
2、新裝修，房間有點小，但床品很舒服。水壓很大，卻碰上個漏掉1/3水的蓮蓬頭。
3、房間隔音效果不行。走道里的聲音很清楚。跟電梯隔了一個房間，但是電梯上下聲音明顯，半夜兩點還能聽到，那種聲音像拿着個榔頭敲房頂，應該是電梯某個機械傳動裝置卡頓的聲音。
4、服務還不錯，看我帶着個大娃，前台主動送了一份早餐。

酒店很新，房間沒計比較合理，衞生間乾濕分離，衞生乾淨。唯一不好的是外面與菜市場相鄰，環境較差，尤其是收市時滿地垃圾，氣味難聞。
