設施：睡覺的時候才發現關不上客廳大燈，找客服解決也是一問三不知，客服跟我一起到房間同樣解決不了，最後告訴把房間卡拔掉，那天陰天晚上挺冷，結果空調都開不了
衞生：不太乾淨，牆面有一整面都是臟印子
環境：很一般，還要走外面台階爬到二層才能到房間門口
服務：辦入住的時候收100塊按金，問客服為什麼，也沒給解釋，衹是説退房後歸還

房間很大，有廚房和客廳，還有一個大陽台，含早餐，挑高很高，除了衞生間地面有點濕，其他都還可以，性價比還是不錯。

房間還可以，比較寬暢。服務較差，酒店沒有電梯，我們三人年紀較大，自己把行李箱拎到二樓，台階很高，沒有人幫助。

第一次住，除了房間是大了點，但要啥啥沒有，那麼大個房間卻沒有液晶屏或投影儀之類的設施，好讓可以看看電影啥的。房間內也沒有提示相關的wifi網絡啥的，也懶得問了，洗浴間裝了個熱水器，熱水洗澡洗到一半沒熱水我真服了，洗髮水也沒有，洗澡時還用了別人用過剩下小小一次性的洗頭水，礦泉水也沒有。反正要啥啥沒有的，兩百多塊錢住的房間就是這樣的？
退房走後想到忘了拿手機充電器，給前台打電話問問打掃阿姨，前台説等阿姨打掃房間，可是等了大半天都沒有回電，又給二次催問，難道我們顧客遺漏的東西就不能第一時間先幫我找找嗎？
總之這次住店是給我很不爽的體驗。
