自然環境很好，漫山的竹海和茶園圍繞，海拔一千米的高度，水清澈見底。客棧在村子最頭邊，光污染少，夜間能看到北斗星。村子從卧龍谷出發還要開十公里左右山路，絕大部分是單車道，遇到會車比較考驗車技，但對愛自駕的來説是很好的體驗。盤山路上能看到卧龍谷的大瀑布，但我到的時候非雨季，瀑布很小，如果遇到雨季等天晴再遊覽卧龍谷夜宿鄣山村，那絕對值得！

很好的一家民宿，位置就在卧龍谷的上方，山清水秀，食物好吃，空氣清新，還有當地的特色紅鯉魚可以吃到。

老闆很熱情，周邊環境也好，很適合帶孩子玩水。就是來的路比較考驗車技，全是盤山路，開了好久。房間較小，但該有的都有。來的路上看到滿天星光，本來還想到了民宿再看看，可惜太晚了沒顧得上。帶孩子去的話，帶個小網兜抓魚，孩子應該會喜歡。

在山頂，適合來這邊避暑，旁邊的溪流特別清澈，晚上繁星滿空，在城市很久沒見到了。但是山路比較崎嶇，新手司機還是不要嘗試了。還有去卧龍谷的住在山腳下就可以了，山上是不通的，還是要開半個小時的車下山再去的。
