Somebody stole my money, maybe when we had a breakfast 1 of march 2025. I put my bags on entrances to restaurant approximately at 7:30 am.

Smelly room. Not well maintained. Definitely not going to stay here again.

It's an OK hotel due to be a 5 star rating, did i expected more, probably yes. Is it worth? Definitely. the room is spacious and has at least mine, a great view. The free ticket to visit the cherry blossom park was really a nice surprise unexpected. Check in and check out flawless. My rank 3 star on facilities was due parking lot, i spent 15 minutes to find a vacancy lot. Hotel makes probably conventions/seminars and in the end, the guest has to suffer in hunting a parking space (i just knew had other parking area when i checked out, please, the 2 parking space should be connected in some way or better information about the 2nd parking lot).

This is my first time staying at Sheraton Hotel... I feel like it is a let down for a five-star hotel... Let me start with the good things... The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and rich... Suitable for people of all ages... The hotel is next to the subway and Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient... The downside is that the room settings are too old... The water in the pool is very small... The room is a bit stuffy even with the air conditioner on and there are a lot of mosquitoes... As for the service, I stayed for two days and it can only be said to be average... The auntie who helped me clean the room was very enthusiastic and very nice... The other service staff were really average... The doorman didn't help me carry any luggage... So overall it's not as good as I imagined... And the lights in the room were broken...

The room is clean and tidy, with very good sanitary conditions. Check-in was quick, and the front desk was able to deliver two more bottles of water in a timely manner. The rooms are terrible. Is this the standard of a five-star hotel? The first room smelled of oil smoke. The second room had an air conditioner that didn't work. The maintenance man came to repair it and said it was fixed, but it wasn't fixed at all. It was already past 1 a.m. after two attempts.
