Very strategic location, downstairs have convenient store, plenty of restaurant and pub. 10 mins drive to The Exchange TRX. In the Center of KL city. Room is spacious and new. Only thing is hotel hair dryer too low power, blow hair can’t dry. If girls have to prepare own hair dryer.

Very good service. We had an issue with the fridge and the maintenance crew had it changed within 10mins. The room and carpet was really clean and the view is exceptional. But some rooms faced a cemetery across the hghway, just hope you don't get those. They have a rooftop pool which is a bit small but nice. They have lots of reserved parking lots at the basement but just need to pay max rm10 per entry.

A very good hotel at a good location. The hotel is new and Clean. Reasonable price but provided a good service and staying environment. Check in and Check out process is smooth and fast. But for the disadvantage of this hotel is even though the hotel is waived our parking fees, but end up we still need to pay extra RM10 for one night stay.

Relatively new hotel and still in good condition. Hotel is located in like an industrial area but there are some eateries just below the hotel block. TRX mall is a 10 min drive away. Comfortable stay in general.

Hotel is in a good location to both interesting places and food spots. The room is clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Bathroom is great with strong shower and consistent temperature. Separate safe drinking water outlet was a plus. Hotel also has a good environmental initiative for sustainability. Recommended for a pleasant stay.

Overall stay in Mercure Trion was pleasant. Hotel staff service was excellent, friendly n professional. Location was ok, not right in the crowded areas of city, about 10min away from KLCC. Room maintenance average. Hot water for shower not consistent, maintenance staff came to room n said its a big tank heating system, so have to release the water to get to the hot water. Problem was solved after that. Beds comfortable,, room cleanliness ok. Overall, nice stay in Mercure Trion. View from room is nice.

i think I have stayed here over 5 times. the location is not near to mrt, but by grab, it's cheap to take to bukit bintang or even TRX. the place is always so clean and cozy. love it.

The room is quite new and clean. We stayed in suite room with very nice view.

Very helpful front office staffs and the two security guards in front of the hotel. As my parents are old and needed a wheelchair, they always provide us with a lot of flexibility in getting on and off from the hotel. Will surely visit this hotel again

I chose this hotel not just because it's relatively new, but also because I needed a room that could comfortably sleep three adults — with proper beds, not just an extra bed. The room didn’t disappoint: it was clean and offered a fantastic view of Kuala Lumpur (the photos here were taken from our room). The beds were comfortable too. The location is slightly out of the way from the main attractions, but that wasn't a big issue as we can take taxis or Grab to anywhere (about 15 mins to Bukit Bintang area) and there are plenty of local eateries just next to the hotel. The main downside was the water heater. On some days, the water became unbearably hot — too hot to shower (which means you had to shower with cold water) — and on other days, it took ages to heat up. This seems to be a recurring issue mentioned in previous reviews. Before booking, I even reached out to the hotel about it, and they assured me the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Despite this, it's a pretty good hotel overall — and if they can finally fix the water heater issue, it would definitely be a great place to stay.
