Excellent establishment in relation to price/quality. Spacious and comfortable rooms with cleaning service of 10.
If we have to put a but, it is the amenities that the hotel makes available, they are scarce.

The bed is very comfortable, everything is very clean, good treatment from the staff, free Wifi and the good thing about having a free coffee corner 24 hours a day. We have been staying at this hotel every time we go to Madrid to shop. But now things have changed, there must have been a change of direction. The building was left without electricity for more than 12 hours, I could not work or use the bathroom, with the impossibility of lack of visibility and hot water. The hotel staff and facilities are very good. Everything in general perfect. We liked a lot. They have to control the bathrooms a little more as the toilet was dirty. The rest very very well. Great hotel for a business trip or work. Immaculate, excellent customer service, very well-equipped rooms, with their own thermostat that you can regulate as you like, Smart TV and a small closet, they also have many plugs. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is large, well lit and clean.
