very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Breakfasts are delicious, of course the most delicious pastries) I think we will use this hotel for our next trips

Very helpful staffs

The hotel was converted from a seminary 500 years ago. After being abandoned for a while, it was bought by the Ferragamo family and modernized in 2022. The first floor of the hotel is a buyer's store and a 10-11 restaurant (the appetizer meat ball is highly recommended). Chanel is on the right hand side of the hotel, and the VIP tax refund center of GLOBAL BLUE in the city is on the left hand side. You can directly refund up to 2,000 euros in cash and any amount on your credit card. Shopping, security, and rest are all first-class.

In an old seminary, the founder of Phineas Lamo discovered a place that has been transformed into a hotel. We experienced a hotel with a strong religious meaning. The large amount of red application shows the future of religion.

The hotel is very new, the design is very elegant and artistic, and under the Feidaijifei banner, it provides branded face cream, eye cream and hand cream, which are very useful. But the service was average and not very good. The housekeeper didn't speak English well and didn't know what I wanted. It took a long time for them to get things. When I checked out, I found there was something wrong with the bill. The mini bar was not used but I was charged. Of course, after telling us it was useless, the hotel also canceled. I booked a car from the hotel for a little over 280 euros one way. When I set off, I asked the driver to pick up a friend who lived in a nearby hotel (it would be there in 3 minutes). The driver said yes, and the final bill was 130 euros more just to pick me up on the way. Friends, I am speechless. In the end, because the hotel didn't tell me in advance that it would charge 130 euros, I insisted and didn't charge it. In short, the bill was a bit messy, because when I checked out, I met a couple next to me who also complained about the bill. At that time, the manager said that there was no problem. The couple next to me mentioned that they would not have this problem if they stayed at Four Seasons. In this case, the manager said that he was from Four Seasons and kept insisting that he was right, but in the end it was proved that he was wrong. Anyway, I just feel that the service is not that good and does not match the style of the hotel.

I travel the world for my work and alway stay in the best hotel. The Portrait Milano has 3 star hotel service for 6 star hotel prices. Impossible to turn on and off the lights in the room without an engineering degree and training session. Loud music all through the night. Restaurant reservation impossible to get even for hotel guest. How do they stay in business?

A Dreamy Experience at Portrait Milano During my visit to Milan with my mom and my little one, we had the pleasure of discovering Portrait Milano—and to say it’s amazing would be an understatement! We enjoyed an unforgettable aperitivo and dinner at their gorgeous restaurant, 10_11, where the service was simply exceptional. The signature Negroni is an absolute must-try! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special mention to Javad, whose warm hospitality and charming smile made us feel truly special—he even took the time to show us around and check in on us during aperitivo. Even my 11-month-old son had a fantastic time, proving that the experience was just as enjoyable for him as it was for us! I can’t wait to return—next time, hopefully for a full stay. Portrait Milano is by far one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in. By the second you turn into the driveway, step into the courtyard and walk into reception, you're just surrounded by stunning beauty, perfection of details and courtesy of staff. Rooms are spacious, luxurious but still cozy and harmonious with a touch of very sophisticated colonial design, hidden at first sight. Bathroom is a masterpiece, with heated marble floor and separate shower and toilet. Service is unbeatable. Every requests is delivered with efficiency in a blink of an eye. Night herbal tea was brought right after dinner, courtesy of Portrait. And of course a bottle of superb Franciacorta was waiting for us at arrival. Fitness room is equipped with the best machinery available on the market. Last but not least, breakfast didn't disappoint expectations. everything you could think of is there, buffet or à la carte, in the most charming setting. I haven't had time to try the spa regretfully, a very good reason to be back.
