酒店服務超級好，入住有顆燈泡閃爍，馬上協助換房間，客房經理人超級親切的。每天都有人打掃更換新的毛巾，酒店也有洗衣房可以洗衣。位置方便，酒店樓下有公車站到哪都方便，離武威市博物館、雷台漢墓很近，設備都很新！下次有機會還會來住。

11月的天氣房間依舊很悶熱，開窗也熱。廁所有異味。而且瀰漫很重的煙味導致睡眠質量差。位置挺好。

第一前台沒有任何服務可言，不管你是入住還是退房，全程沒有笑臉，我是去住酒店的，不是欠你錢，第二酒店房間門一開，煙味重的不行，因為很晚入住了，開車開一天了，就沒想着換或者其他的了，實在累的不行。第三，酒店沒有烘乾機，與該價位不匹配，第四吹風機好像還是80年代的。很難用。總之誰住誰知道，別進坑了，能幫你們避坑。第五，這種變質的空氣機就不要放房間害人了。雖然你沒打開用，但是我相信還是會污染空氣的哈。

第二次來武威，上次還是18年，那時酒店還不多，如今選擇的餘地很大。酒店一切都挺滿意的，原本想服務給個4.5星，最後還是全五星，不是忽悠想看的客人，總得還是不錯的。就是入住時提了些要求，因為能升級的房型已滿無法滿足，我們也沒堅持就是説看了不滿意的話希望能調劑，接待直接回答那你退吧，一路下來一個月了第一次聽見這樣的接待回話，無語。希望這是姑娘的口誤不要再發生，感覺酒店很拽，你們愛住不住，不缺你們這些人。我想聽到這樣的話都不會感到舒服吧。早餐不錯，服務熱心，我老公不太舒服我想那點水果，服務員很熱情，説是那點雞蛋菜等，沒關係的。

第一次來武威玩，聽當地朋友推薦，選擇了這家酒店，體驗很棒！首先酒店位置很好，交通方便，有獨院停車場，房間乾濕分離，洗浴間面積很大，房間乾淨整潔，安靜舒適，有小度機器人。當然最滿意的還是服務！我住了兩天，保潔還是很細心的幫我把衞生打掃了一遍，我忘記留個字條備註了，前台工作人員很熱情很漂亮，主動給我送早餐，送水，很感動！這次來武威，雖衹有周末兩天，因為趕路，沒有拍攝房間照片，但是各種體驗都很棒！武威是一個值得前來打卡的地方，下次來還會選擇艾扉酒店
