This is one of those hotels with nice amenities but subpar service.
The hotel is enormous, with at least eight buildings, each equivalent to a hotel. After checking in, we had no idea how large it was. We drove around the building several times but couldn't find Building 6. There were no clear signs, and cars were parked randomly, making it difficult to pass and forcing us to back out. There were no attendants along the way, so finding our room that night was quite frustrating.
The room amenities were comparable to a five-star hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The breakfast had a wide selection, but the taste was average.
It's not far from the Acrobatic World. We hope the service can be improved.
