服務細緻周到，員工熱情友好，響應速度快，自助洗衣機健身房等配套設施也受好評。

晚上是沒有夜宵的，也沒有奶茶咖啡券。想體驗奶茶咖啡夜宵可以去上杭紫金大酒店。服務員送上水果，服務態度還是端正的。早餐還可以，豬肉湯好喝。

上次提出房間窗太小，前台説價格不一樣，確實也是正常的，我覺的自己沒給好評有點小氣了，酒店專門有人電話來溝通了情況，這次給免費升級了，我自己倒不好意思了，房間很好，再次預訂也選了價格貴點的，這家酒店定位沒法跟大城市的高檔酒店硬件比，但是在在服務方面確實是下了功夫的，什麼都想的很周到了，房間的水提供充足，充電線，電梯間的充電寶，飲用水等，馬桶一次性坐墊啥的都有，宵夜也有，很好的
