Manxin Hotels in Wuhan

We stayed for two nights and it was an easy pleasant stay. The receptionists were very helpful. Location is great, close to every touristy spot mingled with local groceries/food stands. The subway is about 10 minutes walking and the bus is right around the corner. It's an historical landmark building, upon which the hotel is renovated. The hotel interior feels like the gilded age in old China that we appreciate the traditional decors. The elevator is an old-school machine with limited space (2ppl-ish space, reminding me of Manhattan old building's elevator). But not an issue for modern living.

The first stop in Wuhan, Manxin, gave me so many surprises. First of all, there were small gifts for the children when checking in, which was very emotional! Secondly, the room was clean and tidy. Although it was not big, it was very warm! It was cleaned every day, and there were daily fruits delivered. It was really considerate, making us feel like home after a day of exhaustion! There were cute little robots delivering food when ordering takeout! Security and privacy were very good! Finally, I have to praise the hotel's breakfast, which was really delicious and rich! (Breakfast was added when checking in, not brought by Ctrip!) I also want to thank the front desk for their enthusiastic service! Thank you Manxin! I will recommend it to my friends!

Weird lift lobby for a hotel (like a commercial work building with other businesses in it) when the entrance to the building is the hotel name itself. The housekeeper 叶子 was super in cleaning and providing a service. The first time, my tip was not received in a service industry and was left a note along with a fruit platter. Checkin and Checkout were fast and hassle free.
