The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

Comfortable room and good location for my business needs. I liked the mini kitchen in the room (sink, refrigerator, basic dishes); it was helpful for my stay. There is a great walking street nearby with lots of food and snack options.

Firstly, the staff were fantastic; every single person we met from the moment we walked in was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. We were here for a concert with our child, and this place was incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's the Wanda Golden Street food street, and it's genuinely just a few minutes' walk to the Sports Center. With the concert starting at 7:30 PM, we could head down around 6:30 PM and still have a leisurely stroll over. It was even better after the concert; no need to worry about traffic jams, and we could grab a late-night snack downstairs. The hotel's overall environment was also great, especially the bathroom. The sink area and shower room were very spacious, with excellent wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. The price was also reasonable. It's definitely my top choice for concerts! I'll absolutely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town for a show!

I came here on a business trip with my husband and children. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is particularly good. Because the room was full due to the exhibition, they took the initiative to upgrade to a suite. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and my husband and children especially like the swimming pool and billiard room.

This time I stayed at the Hilton Huiting Hotel in Wuhan Economic Development Zone. The service of Coco at the front desk was impressive! The movement was quick when checking in, and the hotel was also carefully informed of the breakfast time, elevator location and surrounding dining recommendations. Follow-up consultation laundry room use questions, she also patiently answered, the whole smile is gentle, especially intimate. With such a professional and enthusiastic staff, it greatly improved the stay experience, and sincerely praised Coco's service!

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation, close to the subway and Wanda Plaza. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the room facilities are complete, the room is super large, the front desk guy is very good, warm and thoughtful, the room aunt is responsive, it is also close to Jianghan University, there are many snacks around, and parking is free and safe. My child stayed here for the college entrance examination, and they specially arranged a very quiet room for us.

We were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do.

This hotel is very nice, very quiet and good place. Good service, helpful staff, every time they asking you if they need to clean you room or not. I also want to let you know about their breakfast, it is very nice and you can find a lot of choice there. This hotel has everything almost: gym, washing room for your clothes with steam machine. When I will visit Wuhan next time, I suppose I will choose this hotel to stay again. Also location of hotel was pretty comfortable. Near bus stations and important roads. P.s. The price of this hotel is not expensive in this area. The accommodation environment and hygiene are very good. The service attitude is standard and it is worth recommending. The decoration style is very unique and the outside garden is very nice! It’s quite comfortable to sit there smelling the fragrance of flowers and blowing the evening breeze😌. The front desk service was very good and helped us upgrade the room type and also gave us breakfast! They decisively extended our stay the next day, and we were directly upgraded to a room type and provided with free breakfast! Happy to stay here for a few more days! Give me a big praise👍👍

I lived in this Atour in Wuhan for half a month due to work reasons. First of all, the staff were very enthusiastic. Every day, they would take the initiative to ask if the clothes needed to be cleaned. When they passed the front desk, they greeted them warmly every time. When I was two days ago, I suddenly felt a little dizzy. I didn’t work. So I called the front desk to borrow an individual thermometer. After the front desk sent it to me, I also took two anti-burn stickers for me. It was really detailed. The temperature was indeed a bit hot after the measurement. I felt a little stuffy in the room and went to the lobby. The front desk saw me sticking anti-burn stickers. I went to prepare a cup of honey water for me, saying that if I was still not comfortable behind, I would call them at any time. There were people 24 hours a day. To be honest, I was a little lonely when I was on a business trip in Wuhan and I was sick. But the staff of Atour really made me feel very touched.
