Wuhan Jianghan District Hotels

The location is very close to pedestrian streets The staff are very nice and polite. I believed I got room upgraded. The room is very clean with large windows, some free drinks in the mini fridge. The bathroom is clean, strong water pressure. Fast internet connection. Staff cleaned the room, left and hand-written note and an eye mask. My stay was pleasant.

We booked a superior king-size room, which was a bit triangular. It was said that the building was round, so our room was all corners. The room facilities were very new, and because it was on a high floor, the environment was very quiet. The service attitude of the staff inside was very good.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights during my first-ever trip to Wuhan, and I was very positively surprised about this hotel. Location: The hotel is located on Jianghan Road, which is one of the most popular spots for shopping and eating. A metro station is located just downstairs, with easy access to most of the other areas of the city. The hotel is located on the 28th-31th floor with a spectacular view over the city and a great vibe to just hang out in the lobby and relax. Got to the 28th floor to check-in. Cleanliness: All areas of the hotel had a very high cleaning standard, the room, the lobby, hallways, and public spaces in the hotel were spotless. Service: Excellent service with very professional staff at the front desk. Facilities: The rooms have everything you need for a great stay, the hotel also serves breakfast but I opted out for this option so I did not try it this time. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay, and I would stay here again if I come to Wuhan. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Wuhan.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

Best hotel experience I've had in my life. Only thing I want to comment on. Their laundry service was bad. I got my clothes back while still wet and they put everything in a bag overnight so all my clothes needed ironing and they smelled bad. A 5 star hotel should launder your clothes right. It should also be dried after laundering and not be left wet for too long as it will smell. Ironing included. I think laundry service needs work. Apart from that. Everything was perfect.

The room is relatively comfortable and has Xiaodu voice service, which is very convenient. The front desk was very patient and delivered all the needed items (extra toothbrushes, paper bags). There is also a projection so you can watch movies at night. Overall good.

There are few comments. This hotel is really good. Because it was newly opened last year, the room facilities and hygiene are very good. The air is fresh and odorless. After staying for a few days, I found that the transportation here is really convenient. It is very close to the train station. The subway line is also very complete. The environment is very quiet. The bed is very good and comfortable to sleep. I can sleep well every day. The air conditioner and curtains in the room are all smart. The big TV is great for watching movies. I only planned to play in Wuhan for one day. The stay was very comfortable. I stayed for several nights in a row. The cost performance is really high. I am very satisfied with the stay. I have visited Wuhan in various places these days and took a lot of photos. The hotel is very good and Wuhan is also good to play. I recommend it to everyone with real comments.

I booked this hotel in Wuhan during the Chinese New Year. The hotel rooms are characterized by a high floor with wide views and average room hygiene. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor and shares the lobby with another hotel. There is a parking lot downstairs for parking. You need to inform the hotel in advance when entering or exiting. It's free at the front desk (you have to tell the front desk every time you go out. When you first checked in, I didn't know that the hotel front desk didn't remind you about the 8 yuan parking fee. I didn't know until I asked the hotel front desk later). The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good. I can't rest at night. I heard the noise of other residents outside and other noises. The curtains, TV, lights and other facilities in the room can be controlled with Xiaodu smart. The hotel breakfast is okay, not too much but not too many varieties. The coffee is freshly ground and not bad. Overall, it's pretty good.

I was satisfied with my stay in the hotel. The room was good, the facilities were complete, and the room was large and clean. Miss Jia Jia at the front desk is very nice, very enthusiastic and careful. There is porridge late at night on the first floor, a gym on the fifth floor and one on the sixth floor.There is a laundry room on the fifth floor and a gym on the sixth floor. It's great. It's very good.
