The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location right in Wuhan's city center. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is less than a 500-meter walk away, and charming historical buildings from the Republic of China era can be reached in under 1000 meters. The three of us each booked a king room. Every room had a chic, 'light luxury' design with a premium feel, and was spotlessly clean. The large windows, in particular, made the rooms wonderfully bright. The toiletries provided were complete and of high quality. My friends consistently praised my choice of hotel, saying they would definitely recommend it to their own friends in the future. What truly stood out was the refreshment station in the ground-floor lobby. It was well-stocked with various drinks, freshly brewed coffee, biscuits, and pastries. Every morning, before heading out, I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go! Furthermore, a fantastic bonus was the unlimited supply of Jing Tian mineral water. Unlike many other hotels that only provide two complimentary bottles daily, this hotel conveniently placed mineral water stations next to the elevators, allowing guests to grab a bottle whenever they wished.

We travel with our kids annually, and I've stayed at Sheratons in many cities across the country. The service at this Sheraton in Wuhan is genuinely outstanding. Our room attendant was incredibly diligent and attentive; she noticed the needs of me and my children, providing us with pens, bookmarks, and water, and even left a small handwritten card, which we greatly appreciated! These small touches really show how well-managed this hotel is. I noticed the hotel opened in 2014, so it's been open for 11 years, but the rooms still feel very new, are spotless, and are impeccably maintained. This will definitely be our top choice for all future trips to Wuhan.

Our experience at your hotel was nothing short of perfect, with every single detail leaving a lasting impression. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the elegant ambiance and the genuine smiles of the staff immediately made us feel right at home. The room design beautifully combined aesthetics with functionality. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, truly like sleeping on a cloud, and after a night of restful sleep, the morning sun gently awakened our senses. What truly stood out was the hotel's dining experience. The breakfast selection was extensive and of exceptional quality, meticulously prepared with everything from local specialties to international flavors. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities — from the state-of-the-art equipment in the fitness center and the tranquil clarity of the pool to the professional and soothing spa services — provided us with comprehensive relaxation and enjoyment. The most commendable aspect was the professionalism and genuine warmth of the hotel staff. They consistently responded promptly to our needs, and their warm smiles and thoughtful demeanor transformed every inquiry or request into a pleasant interaction. This stay was more than just a rest; it was a journey of rejuvenation for both body and mind. Undoubtedly, this has become our top choice for all future travels!

Second time staying at this hotel. It’s in a great location. The staff speak a little bit of English which I find enormously helpful, and they are accommodating and will help with any issues you have. I requested some cutlery for my room so I could eat in the hotel room and within 5 minutes they’d brought it. A couple of negatives: the desk area in the hotel room was really dusty, the hotel needs to pay more attention to dusting. The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is subjective. Also, the toilets smell like cigarette smoke, so there needs to be stricter enforcement of no smoking indoors. Overall I definitely do recommend this hotel, it is good value for money.

Consequently, the facilities are still very well-maintained and comprehensive. It truly lives up to the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. **Cleanliness:** Despite its location on a bustling food street, the hotel's exterior is remarkably clean, and the rooms are, without exaggeration, spotless. It's clear the management takes great pride in their meticulous upkeep. **Location:** Strategically located just a 15-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station, it's also right next to the famous Wansongyuan Food Street – an absolute paradise for a foodie like myself! **Service:** The service was exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an iced drink, a local 'crispy ice' snack, and even cooling patches – so many thoughtful gestures I was almost overwhelmed! Their genuine warmth and hospitality were truly touching. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. To top it all off, I even received a 50% off Didi coupon for my ride!

Service: Service personnel at reception speaks to too many customers at the same time. Especially those not waiting in line should be made waiting until it is their turn. After ordering extra 4 x half liter bottles of water we received complaints of needing too much water. Either ask for extra money or not, no one will complain about paying some extra for water. But stop the indecisive complaining towards the customer. Cleanliness: The carpet in the room had many dirty spots and especially near the entrance door it didn’t look clean. Also in the bathroom the faucet of the bathtub was rather old and moveable where it should not be. Price: Good price

Had a fantastic experience. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which came with a sofa, and was upgraded to a City View King Room. The upgraded room was a bit larger than my original booking. The view from the room was also excellent, offering expansive vistas. The room was spotless, and the decor felt quite modern. The service from the front desk to the support staff was excellent; they always went above and beyond to help resolve any difficulties. Moreover, the metro station is incredibly close, making it super convenient to get to different areas from the hotel. It's a perfect tranquil spot amidst the hustle and bustle, and the service was exceptionally thoughtful!

this is a well established hotel just beside of the well known pedestrian street Jianghan, just 5min walk to metro station, with rent bicycle available all around station and beyond. Lawsons is also very near.Hotel lobby is of a grand classical style and lifts fitting royals, room amenities more than one can expect, all was just amazing. Pagoda and bridge was the best. but Jianghan street daily overcrowded, with 5x more ppl than it can accommodate, same with Gode temple.
