Wuhan Caidian District Hotels

I specifically chose this hotel for Zhou Shen's concert. It's very close to the subway station, and just one stop away from the stadium. The overall service attitude was excellent. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot, and if the items were too big for the robot, a staff member would deliver them. After the concert, the hotel even offered ice cream and tea. The breakfast selection was extensive, and overall, I had a great experience. The only minor downsides were the limited number of elevators, which meant long waits during peak hours, and the shower water pressure on the 17th floor was a bit low.

Super convenient subway and taxi access right outside, easy walking distance to Wanda Plaza and Sports Center, and all the surrounding shopping malls, cinemas, and cafes within easy reach~ The room is clean, well-equipped, bright, and the service is attentive, making it well worth the price of admission 💯

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

A great stay with clean room that comes with WASHING MACHINE+ DETERGENT👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, water kettle,medium size fridge 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼(not like the usual mini bar in most hotel) a big screen projector for media watching(but all in Chinese😅 -get your translator app ready). Super FRIENDLY & HELPFUL staff(Shuwen & aunty Cheng(Cheng Ah yii) even sent us off on our day of departure.. making our stay a truly memorable one. Would 200% recommend this place for those attending an event in or near Stadium Wuhan sport center or those who plans to visit the area nearby. A great & memorable stay for me & daughter. The front desk service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The room was super spacious with new facilities. It's a great choice, especially for business trips, offering a very restful stay. They even have complimentary meeting rooms and a tea room, which is a thoughtful touch.

I went to a concert alone, and the hotel's location was very convenient—the subway station was downstairs, and the stadium was just across the street. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were quite good. The complimentary fruit upon check-in was delicious, and the soda was refreshing. Nicholas Tse fans could also choose from posters and other merchandise. They even gave me water and snacks when I checked out early in the morning.

I've stayed at several Senbo resorts, and this one left a great impression. Being newly opened, all the facilities are excellent. The indoor water park isn't huge, and the outdoor one wasn't open, but everything else was fantastic. It's perfect for a family vacation with kids; my children especially loved the bunk beds with the starry sky theme. The lake view is amazing, and you can even go boating. The sunset lawn in the evening was absolutely beautiful.
