When the takeout is delivered, a robot will help deliver it to the door of the room. Especially when I left something behind, the guy at the front desk called me to inform me. And helped to send it back. The overall environment of the hotel is great, the interior decoration and furnishings are very design-friendly, the room size and facilities are very nice, and there are welcome snacks and fruits. Children love them very much. It is very suitable for parent-child vacation. There are also animals outside the lobby bar. The fish fountain makes it difficult for children to move their legs. It is worth staying again.

The location is very good, facing the Yangtze River, and you can see the Yellow Crane Tower across the way. The first thing I am not satisfied with is that there are not many varieties of breakfast, and the dishes are not replenished in time, but the auntie who makes rice noodles is very kind and friendly; the second thing is that I was suddenly woken up by a phone call on the second morning when I was sleeping soundly. It was said to be a reminder to wake up early, but I didn’t ask for it. I guess the previous guest didn’t cancel it. I was a little annoyed to be woken up. I later went to the front desk to tell this matter, and I was afraid of being woken up again. Other things are fine.

The room is big and clean, and the river view is also beautiful. I like this decoration style. Except that the subway station is a little hard to find and the location is a little remote, there are no other problems. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly😭 Especially Giselle is so patient! I kept asking questions and she answered them very seriously, very sour🫰🏽
