酒店硬件非常棒，有地暖，有大屏電視機，有浴缸和一次性泡澡袋和固定貼，美中不足的是前台接電話的態度和服務熱情不夠。

酒店總體還是滿意的！前台服務一般，沒有告知有客户服務，自己提着行李跑了幾圈才到房間，退房孩子漏了幾個利是在房間，沒有主動告知客人，退房滑完雪突然想起去問才處理，還有就是要開2.5小時的山路才能到達，要有心理準備呀！

滿心期待的雲裳套房，當時看宣傳就覺得美的不要不要的，花了七百多大洋，可是入住的當晚我感覺並沒有那麼興奮。房間比想象中的小，説是60平方，然而並不大。整個房間沒有窗透氣，晚上開的地暖讓人感覺透不過氣來，燥熱讓人根本無法入睡。熬到凌晨一點多，實在受不了把地暖關了，三點鐘又被凍醒。反正感覺特別不值的一次入住體驗。

來滑雪入住的獨嶺酒店。這個雲嶺標間真心不錯，有點小貴，但是空間很夠，一家三口住的很舒適很寬敞。地暖，熱水，都供應的很足。酒店的木屋餐廳的菜好吃的出乎意料！總之很滿意。
