房間衞生很臟（尤其桌上水池明顯）。智能管家不靈。服務態度惡劣。大早就被隔壁結婚的吵醒。對攜程和酒店均不滿意，入住體驗極差！！！

第一次到五常，選擇了當地唯一一家攜程四鑽酒店。因為重感冒，對煙等刺激很敏感，前台安排的是有煙房，做了無煙處理，但煙味還是大，所以跟前台急了。最後選了三樓背靜一些的房間。房間的裝修和設施都是不錯的，床品也很舒服。屋裡衹有兩瓶免費礦泉水，要加就2元一瓶，房間沒有茶包咖啡包
。
早餐廳明亮乾淨，服務員服務和收餐盤都很迅速。煮麪條的小姐姐笑容可掬，服務耐心。早餐品種不多，但食材都新鮮，可吃飽吃好。不過又很遺憾的是早餐不提供咖啡，就連預先沖好一大壺的那種都沒有......
酒店的對面是金山公園，沒事兒到裏面溜溜彎兒挺不錯。酒店周圍沒什麼商圈，餐飲購物不太方便。我們打車去市裡晚餐，但車不太好打，就自己開車去的。

宣傳是免費車位，實際衹有地上十幾個車位，去晚了沒車位讓我停到公寓裏面收費車位，30元一天，就很離譜。第二天早上點外賣，到貨30分鐘沒有人管，打電話跟你前台溝通才把外賣放到機器人裏面送上來。感謝前面客人的點評讓我避雷了礦泉水收費，我這段文字發出來也是為了後面再有人來住店儘量避免出現不愉快，整體酒店服務人員特別散漫。

金座酒店是五常最好的酒店，入住體驗相當差：1、洗澡一次，熱水突然變冷水，然後一滴水不出，然後再秒變超級熱的水，然後又變成調好的洗澡水温，洗一次澡這個水變化：3到4次，無比神奇，2、洗手枱超高，矮個子女人根本照不到自己的臉，這個設計不知道咋回事。3、入住了3天，第二天通知前台安排搞衞生，一個多小時沒來，再次催促，才來，地上掉的水果不搞，廁紙也不給新的，這家酒店的進步空間還是很大，先解決一下洗澡問題吧……

酒店臨街，大車很多，晚上很吵。總有結婚的，早上很早就會把人吵醒。車位非常緊張，總沒地方停車。住了三宿，沒睡一天好覺！
