Rustic but cozy! This 700 sq foot cottage has everything you need for a fun family get-a-way. It sleeps a total of 4. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for chilly evenings, a 50” flat screen TV with a dvd player and Cable TV. We have WIFI, heat & Air. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in both, Queen size bed in pull out couch in Living Room. Washer/Dryer! Keurig Coffee Maker and coffee pods provided! Outside fire pit for toasting marshmallows and star gazing! Huge yard for the kids to play. Gas grill outside for BBQ! Linens, Towels, all provided! All that is needed is you! We are a 7 minute stroll or 1-2 min car ride to Lake Huron Private Beach! Want to go shopping? We are a 5 min drive to Beautiful Downtown Lexington. (see photos). Please note! No parties or large family gatherings permitted. No campers, trailers, or tents. Two Car Maximum. Do not drive on grass or anywhere other than gravel driveway. Pet friendly. The cottage was clean and had everything you needed it was very relaxing and close to the beach, Lexington and Croswell. I would stay there again

Choose to look at the positive!!
The place was decorated cute, bedding on 1 bed was dirty with hair, the refrigerator had to be washed out, the shower was very nice, the porches had to be cleaned before we could enjoy them, the grill was dirty, the place needs alot of work. Tv was nice, good wifi. doors dont shut good

Weekend getaway
Mark was great to work with. Left him some suggestions if things I felt needed fixed for his next guest. Town was a delight and beach was very clean. We used the public beach.

Cute house
Rustic is the keyword. Uneven floor/foundation makes walking awkward, especially for older folks. But they have a very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras, including coffee pods for the Keurig! Washer and dryer is a great plus. A welcome manual would help with info about TV, hot water, beach parking and WIFI. A little TLC would go a long way to fix this place up but we had a good stay. Property owner is quick to respond.

Never again
The stove didn’t work except for one burner . There was no where to put anything . No where in the description did it say the water was across a road . We left a day early
