Fabulous establishment, we felt welcome. Clean room and comfortable bed. Safe off-road parking. Stunning garden and pool. Value for money. We arrived early yet we were booked in immediately. Highly recommended.

After a 6 hour drive, we booked in. The staff were welcoming, but one of the client's music was unnecessarily loud. As it did not change for about 2 hours, and as he was not requested to turn down the volume, we decided it better to take a drive somewhere, and come back MUCH later. We hope for the staff to be more attentive, it could help a lot. The rest of the stay was more than OK.

Trudy was on duty and did a superb job at receiving and settling us in . Very professional and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the heating worked well.

We stayed in one of the self-catering cottages, having booked at the very last minute due to a family member being admitted into the hospital at Worcester. The cottage was lovely, comfortable and clean. A big thanks and a note of appreciation for Marvellous who took great care of us. Lovely place and people.

The first thing I noticed was the beautiful pear tree at the front porch. The beautiful green lawn and the large pool made the place feel special. We were well taken care of by Marvellous. Anything we needed, she provided with a smile including a delicious breakfast. We will be coming back and this time we will stay longer.
