This was one of the dirtiest, smoke smelling rooms i ever walked into. Customer service for a refund was non existent. Checked out immediately and was refused a refund. Would not recommend a days inn Wyndham to anyone.

To start, I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk when I checked in, by Anu. She had a smile on her face, and was friendly with her welcoming to me. It was a nice way to start my stay, and I was given room 228. Room was clean, and had everything I needed. Wifi had a strong signal, and the tv setup was user friendly. It was quiet both nights, and with the hum from the fan in the AC, I slept well. The only minor issue was that there were some fruit flies, but they thrive in the hot & humid weather of a typical Summer in Baltimore, and can be treated with some bleach in the bathroom sink & shower drains. It didn’t bother me, or affect my positive experience, but I thought mgmt would want to know. Lastly, I really like having the options to check-in early, and check-out at a later time. It was worth the additional charge for both. Also, being to make changes to certain amenities on-line via the Days Inn website is a nice feature. I’d definitely stay here again.🙂

The phone cord was cut off in the room was cit off. There was alot of nouse screaminv and running around outside at 3am

Phone in the room was cut off and no way to comunicaye with the front desk as at 3am there was alot of disturbance outside the door laughing,scteaming and running around when I comunicated to the front desk they said they did not see anything in the canara and that maintenanve qould be in at 9am to look at the phone. Just did not feel safe and definitely not how it looks on the web page.Will not be staying here again

They lie saying they have a pool and it is permanently closed, they said they include a full breakfast but it's just a granola bar and coffee they charge a $25 fee to use the room which is a ripoff

Easy to get to aquarium and cruise port.
Comfortable room. Security on duty at night.

0 coffee pot or bottled water in the room . Outside noise can be heard just like you were sleeping with the door open. Kept waking up due to excessive noise from outside whether it be people talking loudly or cars/ motorcycles. Rooms should be soundproofed Front desk was rude upon check in. One of the worst days inns I have ever stayed at.

My room did not get serviced even after the front desk said it will be serviced when i returned to my room no soap no shampoo towels bed undone trash in baskets
