Our apartment is within walking distance to Beaver Lake trails, 15 minutes and you are on the Blue Ridge Parkway and 3 miles to downtown, 2 miles to WNCA. Quiet, safe upscale neighborhood with private parking and private entrance. Brand new modern/cozy 500 sq ft apartment. Large living room w/ pullout sofa. Kitchenette. Gorgeous bathroom with shower. Large comfortable bedroom with queen bed. Spacious back yard. Area for sitting. View of Reynolds Mountain. Everything is within minutes from north Asheville. Shopping, hiking, and of course great restaurants! We are 3 miles from Grove Park Inn. Biltmore house and grounds are a short 15 min drive through lovely downtown Asheville. Outstanding host and property. Great little place in Asheville. Our hosts, Jerry and Cindy, were very welcoming and prepared a spotless and thoughtfully set up apartment. Everything was top notch. Highly recommended, we are looking forward to returning.

Great clean place This place was simple but everything we needed! It was very clean and easy to get in and out. The hosts were great and location wise it was not much more than 10min from everywhere we needed to go! We would stay again for sure

Like Home The property was exactly as listed. The apartment was very clean and furnished to make your stay easy. We could not have asked for a better location. The location was close to all we wanted to do and in a safe location. We will definitely stay here again.
