Spark by Hilton Woodbridge

I purposely picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool but after checking in, I saw there was a sign that said the pool was closed. It was slightly disappointing. The staff was friendly though and the included breakfast had good options. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst.

The room was very nice and well designed. Mini fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well. Very quiet. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Close enough to DC. Staff was very professional and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and there was so many food place close by. When I come back to Virginia, I’ll gladly stay here again !

The good things: Convenient location Indoor pool Recently renovated Friendly staff The bad: Employee smoking near the front door by the no smoking sign. Room not thoroughly cleaned. Mildew on shower head and used washcloth on shower rod. Free breakfast is limited to bagels, boiled eggs, and cold cereal.

Kudos to Hilton for taking a sad old property and turning it into a spotless, beautiful hotel. The place looks like a brand new building. Every surface has been updated and upgraded, leaving now trace of it's former self. They did an amazing job.

The hotel is brand new everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. The staff was absolutely amazing, and the hotel manager deserves special recognition for truly caring about both guests and the team. I work in the hospitality industry and travel frequently, so I really appreciate when service stands out and in this case, it certainly did. The level of professionalism and attention to detail from the entire team was impressive. We didn’t encounter a single issue during our stay. The location is one of the best convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. The hotel staff was always ready to assist with anything we needed, any time of day or night. Everything was spotless at all times. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, they cleaned the rooms and common areas thoroughly every day, constantly wiping down surfaces and making sure even the smallest details were taken care of. We’re already planning to return to this city and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and special thanks to the management and the whole team for making us feel welcome and well taken care of!
