Everything is good except for the room size. I have problem opening my luggage because of the small space. I even have to di my prayer on the bed because there’s no more space for to do that on the floor.
I have to give credit to the staff. They are very accommodating and have sincere smiles. If not because of the space of the room, I would definitely atay there again.

The smell was so bad I couldn't breathe. The soundproofing was so bad that I couldn't even hear my neighbors.

The lobby was blocked so there was no air circulation and the windows in the room didn't open either, so I had a headache and couldn't breathe all night.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel.
The bathroom is very smelly, it feels like there is no check valve.
The closet smells like stinky feet.
The rating is seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. Except that it is close to Surabaya Zoo and you can see the city night view on the 15th floor, there are no other advantages.
