Swiss chalet style hotel, with a petrol station and wine shop opposite. Check in was friendly and quick. Atrium made of fish tanks on every floor - impressive. Deor in communal areas such as the dining room are tired, but our bedroom was modern and adequate, with a nice large power shower. Lobby was nice, but noisy. Well-stocked bar. Breakfast was adequate, but the staff weren't keeping an eye on the hot buffet, resulting in a long period when fried eggs and hash browns weren't available. All the staff we interacted with were lovely. We didn't use the leisure facilities, but my wife popped down to the pool and said it was about 15 metres.

Stayed for one night as we were attending the Musical Nation soul weekender. Pleasant night's stay. Our room was a suite with balcony, it was not a balcony you could go out onto, so that description was a bit misleading. Nevertheless we has a pleasant overnight stay.

I had a great experience at the Coppid Beech Hotel, and I want to give a special shoutout to the receptionists, Q and Izabela. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their customer service was top-notch — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and genuine care. Thank you, Q and Izabela, for making my visit so pleasant!

Staying in this hotel as I write this, and created this account purely to leave this review. The rooms, hotel itself and grounds are beautiful, and a petrol station with shop opposite is very handy. However there’s something that needs to be mentioned which I haven’t seen written on here which is about the noise. There is no sound proofing on these rooms for the noise in the corridors. We have been woken up every morning and disturbed numerous times throughout the day by families with young kids having running races up and down the corridors, with kids high pitched screaming at the top of their lungs. We mentioned it to a member of staff at reception on the first day who said they had a good idea who it was and that they will be spoken to, however it has continued. I completely understand kids are kids, but this has affected our stay, potentially not coming back here again, and we are a returning guest. It would make sense for there to be a floor designated to families, or that they are given rooms near to the lifts so they are not running past peoples rooms. Along with the noise from the kids, the noise of doors slamming at every hour of the day is so annoying. The noise from both of these things doesn’t even get completely blocked out by the ear plugs I thankfully brought with me. Again, amazing hotel with gorgeous rooms, but unfortunately the noise has ruined our stay.
