Stayed at this 'hovel' (Sorry, repeated Freudian slip) ... hotel in 2019, as an overnight stop whilst travelling to Italy as part of a coach trip. This year, another coach company also chose it for a stop over evening, and we found things had not improved .... maybe even got worse. An evening meal was not on the trip itinery, and not fancying anything on the menu, or the price of the food, we ate at the nearby 'Quick' outlet instead. The room and carpets smelled pungent and damp, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The bar staff must be the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with ... no please, thank-you, or even a smile, they definitely need urgent training on being pleasant with customers. Bar service was terminated at 10:00 with no announcement. Unfortunately, also stayed here again during return trip .... a totally unpleasant experience on both occasions .... avoid!!!

Ruime kamer bed was prima. Badkamer was vies. Schimmel op het plafond en ook op de kitrand.De wc was erg vies de binnenkant zat vol zwarte aanslag . Tip voor de schoonmaakster even een borstel met gloor en het is schoon. We hebben ook in het hotel gegeten. Eten was goed, alleen het personeel had er niet zoveel zin in. De jongen met het donkere haar moet denk ik een ander vak gaan kiezen. Voor ons de laatste keer dat we hier geweest zijn. Jammer andere jaren was het beter.

Kamer 5 op het gelijkvloers , de deur van de badkamer was onderaan beschadigd , de deurkruk van de badkamer was niet correct gemonteerd , de wc bril stond los , de lavabo kon niet geledigd worden , gemeld aan een medewerker doch er werd geen gevolg aan gegeven de voorraad van de broodjes bij het ontbijt werd onvoldoende aangevuld , meerdere klanten klopt hierover

Pour mon 1000 avis, je peux vous dire que m'attendais à un superbe hôtel ou un super restaurant, pas de bol pour moi, ce sera le 1000 avis et "médiocre" et je me suis retenu de ne pas mettre "Horrible" pourtant au début, cela commence bien...bon accueil, la chambre est grande comme cet hôtel est un ancien mercure "taille de chambre plus grande" et on reconnait l'ancienne cheminée à l'entrée , à l'intérieur de la chambre une salle de bains sans beaucoup de luminosité, deux grand lits parfait, tv de bonne dimension "bloqué à 15.......", son difficile à entendre, le problème c'est la nuit "de la mon titre", impossible de dormir car toute la nuit un bruit de tuyauterie............., à mon départ j'en parle à la réceptionniste, c'est normal, une personne à côté d'elle lui dis effectivement on connait le problème ...............et rien........., payement fait et au revoir, je passerai le petit déjeuner insipide, et la salle de fitness invisible "il faut demander une autre carte pour rentrer", bref un hôtel qui ne devrait plus exister........ 06.2025

Super séjour, personnel agréable et très bon dîner :) séjour en amoureux ça c’est très bien passé ! Le petit déjeuner est aussi très complet et très bien réassorti, bon rapport qualité prix et bonne réactivité du personnel du restaurant et de l’accueil

We stayed at this hotel with a tour coach Group, we arrived quite late in the night. All staff were very welcoming , the continental Breakfast was vast with 5 different cheeses, Ham Cereal etc. our room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy. Only one pillow so please ask if you want more. No water in the room, but you can get from downstairs in reception. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Hotel très correct. Chambre propre assez grande. Salle de bain assez grande aussi propre..personnel accueillant et sympa. Jolie infrastructure. Beau jardin avec terrasse..repas du soir à la boucherie 3 services impeccable. Vin pas cher. Petit déjeuner très correct.. Arrêt de bus à 5 min pour aller en ville. Hotel à recommander.. Et malgré réservation par week-end desk nous avons été très bien accueillis et servis.

Although a solo traveller I was part of a coach tour en route to our holiday and to be honest it was absolutely fine. After all these hotels that are used by coach companies are usually cast as "budget". As is usual still the case in many European hotels no in room tea making facilities are provided but there are facilities to make drinks close to reception. Personally I took my own travel kettle and drinks sachets. The breakfast was fine; limited but nothing to complain about. I did go walkabout in the evening to visit Auchan but somehow got lost round the Auchan site; perhaps not to be recommended. All in all no complaints.
