We stayed November 14 to the 17th The light on the desk did not work. I had to approach staff on 5 occasions until finally I said just replace it with one from another room that works DUH!!!. The phone in our room did not work .this too was brought to their attention. The phone never did work. The mattress on the bed was not attached so it would move off the metal plate it was placed on. These problems and lack of attention are unacceptable and we will never book another stay

The worst hostels day that I’ve had mold on the ceiling, hot tub not working , I’ve had sauna smelling like somebody died in ,it hotel had a musty smell, and The breakfast that was stated was not even close, cold cereal, yogurt, and bagels when it was supposed to be a hot breakfast. Would not recommend it to anybody and will never stay there again

Do not stay here
This hotel needs to be shut down and thouroughly cleaned. We went to turn down beds and found bed bugs. The sheets also looked very used. Could see through them and had been stained. Room also had hole in the wall.

Health Department called and said that the hot tub has legionella and wanted to know if we were feeling sick. I want my money back from this hotel .

I would not stay here again,I had no problems with the staff. The room I booked that they gave us was occupied by someone else so we had to switch to a smaller room,The listed room fines seemed a little harsh and off putting. No cooking in the room that was furnished with a microwave. No coffee pot was present. I was notified by the health department after arriving home for 5 days that the Hot Tub in the pool area tested along with a few people to have tested positive for Legioners Disease.

Stains on the sheets/pillow cases. Carpets and top comforters were sticky with filth. Our room smelled musty and toilet didn’t flush when we got there. Mattresses did look fairly new though.

When we arrived the parking lot was disgusting with debris and even a pair of high heal shoes in the lot *this was both at 1 pm when we stopped in and the still there at 5 pm when we arrived to check in. The interior had an awful smell like the carpets had not been shampooed in years. The hot tub was not working and the window in our room was screwed shut with a piece of wood. Unsatisfactory in my opinion for a Wyndham room.

Well hello this place was great close to any place u wanted to eat and gas also if ur a smoker it was 8 minutes away from the place or ice cream place, zip ride and mountain resort next door if u got a great GPS an can read a map this is place to stay and they give u coupon.
