Staff and Motel was excellent whenever I needed something it was taken care of right away. One staff named Drew was very nice and very helpful and a young lady who worked dayshift very nice and helpful also, it was my second stay there and I will be back because we had about 10 rooms and everyone was treated well and that's why they get an excellent review

We really enjoyed this hotel. For the price, it's pretty good. The coffee isn't the best, but it's not horrible. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is always nice and hot. We went last summer and this summer and it was consistent to what we remembered. Thanks for a great stay!

Desde que ingrese el personal es muy amable, las areas de piscina, spa y sauna muy limpias y el agua es al clima agradable, las camas son un comfort y puedes dormir toda la noche tranquility sin problems, le doy 5 estrellas!!! Lo recomiendo!!!

Terrible management! Rude, nasty and ignorant! Police are there all the time also!! Driving thru and coming inside!! I would stay at Days INN!

The hotel was in the vicinity of all the major attractions in the Dells. The room was very clean although there was no coffee maker.

Our room was on the 3rd floor but it was ok with an elevator in working order. The rooms are outdated but clean and quiet upstairs. I did the online check in yet still had to sign paperwork and check in for my keys. The hot tub still only has 2 jets working. We had a good nights rest. The breakfast is adequate BUT as a morning coffee person they need to get the coffee machine fixed or some decent substitute! The coffee was thick mud 10days in an old container. The juice machine was 90% water and 10% syrup. No fresh fruit but boiled eggs.

Very friendly staff, and the pool and hot tub were warmer the resorts we were at earlier that week. Super happy with our stay. Our 2 year old had more fun here than any of the parks.

There was not much to like here. Things not to like included room not made up at all in a two night stay. Got locked out of room on 2nd afternoon. Had to go down to the desk to get new room cards. Luckily there was someone there. It seems most times there was a sign saying "be back shortly if need immediate assistance pick up phone and dial 0".
