Good option for a Night Stop off the Road.
The Staff were kind and accommodating.
Would Definitely stop in again if passing thru Winston Salem North Carolina.

Very poor quality. The bathroom floor was disgusting. Had to put down towels as to not touch the floor. Water pressure in the shower was a trickle. Reported to management. I took videos of both. The sheets on the bed were worn and had little fabric balls all over the fitted sheet. I would not recommend staying here.

Although this is owned by Hilton, you would never know. The staff member at the front desk acted annoyed that he had to do his job. It appeared the hotel was very old and they attempted to just “cover things up, ” literally. There was a soft spot in our floor that was noticeable when my 2 year old walked over it. The pool was open, but shouldn’t have been—it was green and cloudy (you couldn’t see the bottom). I wish I would’ve taken pictures (we didn’t let our kids swim). I would never stay here again.

This property is not up to par with the Hilton brand. It was much closer to staying at a Days Inn or Motel 6

We called ahead to confirm presence of EV chargers, and were told they indeed were there and working. Upon arrival, we discovered they had not yet been enabled and we could not charge. Being misled is not good, and we will avoid Hilton properties in the future.

Check in was a breeze and Victor was incredibly nice and helped us find the perfect room. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Indoor pool was clean and the kids loved it. The pool hall though was extremely hot, like a sauna.
Breakfast offerings have been trimmed to only cold items. Not a vast variety but something is better than nothing at all. Manager was attending to the stock and was so very nice asking how our stay was and thanked us for staying.
Every employee we encountered were incredibly nice, asked how our room was and thanked us for staying. Felt very welcomed and very happy with our stay.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends for sure. The only thing negotive I would have to say is that the coffee was to strong. Lol. Yes I say that with a laugh because some people like strong coffee.
