Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Without a doubt the most run down snd dirty motel Ive ever stayed in. I couldn't even close the drapes because they were falling down.The sink had hair from someone shaving. The do called fitness center was a complete joke. Id rather sleep in my car then stay in this place. The building is a tear down. Can't believe it passes health department inspection. The only redeeming thing is the manager was nice and accommodated me on sn early check in. .

Requested a pet-friendly room. I didn’t think that would mean a room in such poor condition. The basic amenities were missing such as a clock and blow dryer. But that wasn’t a big deal. There was an ironing board and iron but the ironing board was on its last legs and the iron was dirty. I had to ask for new towels as the towels in the room were stained. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. I’d expect the carpet in a pet friendly room to have some stains but the carpet needs maintenance (deep cleaning or replacement). The mattress had stains on the side indicative of pet stains. The bathroom floor wasn’t terrible but it could’ve used a mopping. There wasn’t a bath mat in the shower making it very slippery when taking a shower. Had to put down a towel. There were nails in the wall where pictures once hung, I assume. There was a hole in the wall stuffed with tissue paper. We stayed one night as we were passing through the area so we made the best of it but we will not stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful so it’s hard to say if the room’s condition is due to the staff or management.

We never stayed at the Econo Lodge. When we checked in we were told the motel was overbooked and were directed to another property down the street. It was newly renovated and clean but not the same value. It was a clear bait and switch and put us off ******* for good.

Towels had stains or were unwashed and there was a used washcloth in the shower. The box spring was exposed and showed stains. Overall not what I would expect for a $149 / nite room.

Didn’t get a notification for wasn’t operational. Me and my family booked at the hotel have a little family reunion. I didn’t get any notification that the pool was not working. I had to go book a room at another hotel for the last two nights so we could have our kids play at the pool.
