A decent hotel in Tahiti that is value for money.
The only negative of the room is that the shower head was fixed far to low so showering required crouching.

I attempted to cancel my reservation but it was like dealing with AI. No customer service whatsoever. Don’t reserve unless you are 100% sure

Nice hotel with everything you need, pool, mountain views, beach, snorkelling, bus stop and small supermarket close by, very nice restaurant and bar but staff at front desk not that friendly. Customer service is avarage. we asked for a taxi pick up at 1.30am to drive us to the airport but taxi didn't show up. not sure if taxi wasn't organised or taxi company didn't do their job well, luckily the night guard was there to organise a taxi for us.

The staff was super friendly! Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The dinner was DELICIOUS and it had a cute bar/great views!

When we first arrived for a 3 night stay following a Pacific Island cruise I was pleasantly surprised and felt some of the TA reviews a little harsh. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the air con incredibly, much needed in Tahiti's sweltering heat. The grounds were beautiful and our patio private. However as amazing as the birds are they do begin to grate. If the Cockrell's don't wake you from the minute light breaks the gardeners will certainly do so come 8am . Hotel location good took us a 40 minute slow walk into Paheeta. To break the camels back on Saturday the whole pool area was taken over all day by two Tahitian childrens parties. No shade or tranquility.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here, we landed late into Tahiti after a long flight from the UK and this hotel was a welcome rest before heading off to Moorea. The pool area was beautiful, room was clean & comfortable & the staff were so friendly & helpful. Great location for airport & ferry too. We actually preferred here to the Hilton where we stayed on our last night before we flew home. Royal Tahitien was smaller, more authentic Tahitien, and much better value. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Tahiti!
