BEWARE: HIGH PRESSURE SALES FOR THEIR TIMESHARE. At check in (a L-O-N-G process) we did not realize we were subject to and automatically "signed up" for an " VIP activities meeting" with them the next day (we told them our itinerary was full), nor that we would be billed $40 until we attended. (That was a surprise we found out about. It was refunded the next day.) The property is nice, the rooms large with the comforts of home. Internet is not included in the room rate and quite expensive. The staff are helpful. But, I won't stay here again. The pressure isn't worth it.

If you are going to the wine region, this is an excellent location. Many tasting rooms and wineries in the vicinity. The resort is pleasant but usually busy. Rooms are clean. Grounds are maintained. The pool and hot tub are always crowded but clean. The biggest problem is the relentless sales pitch to become a member, upgrade your points etc.

I booked reservations 3 months prior & the night before I receive a phone call that my reservation was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances! What??? I had a party of 4 travelers & we had booked a condo unit with 4 beds & 2 baths! They wanted to put us in a hotel 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds & 1 bath for 4 people! What? Not acceptable! We requested our money back & had to last minute book a vrbo townhouse to accommodate our group & of course pay more money! ******* was awesome in refunding things quickly & giving us the difference we had to pay more to stay somewhere else! ******* is great! The Windsor property management poor! Don’t book Windsor they will cancel you last minute !

Very good experience….with one exception Property is well maintained, clean and conveniently located. The only issue is that upon checkin to get our keys I was pressured to attend a sales meeting to purchase a timeshare. I didn’t want to be rude to the sales person, but I had absolutely zero interest in a timeshare, having owned one in the past. Having to navigate that pressured encounter was a drag when I only wanted to get my keys and start my vacation.

My sons and I booked our WorldMark stay via ******* and got a very sweet deal. We understood that WorldMark is also a time share company and were prepared for their pitch... Check in was easy...more like a hotel...but then in order to get our wrist bands we had to go see a sales person...and there were at least 5 to 6 of them hanging around. The sales guy was nice and gave us some information about eating out, etc. Then he wanted to know what our plans were...and would we be interested in a $100 comp if we attended a lecture of some sort...um...no! Eventually he gave up and we got our wristbands (the door key)...although out of the 3 wrist bands only one worked which necessitated a return trip to the sales desk! The room was nice and the grounds were nicely kept. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with cooking items...although the dishwasher door had seen better days and the cooktop exhaust unit had no lights (burnt out). Bathrooms were clean and so were the bedrooms. Some plusses...every balcony has a gas fired BBQ and we used ours a lot. Parking is easy and plentiful. Note that you have to buy internet service...it is not included in the price of the room. As of this writing it cost $9.95 for three devices for 24 hrs. Not terrible but it's an added cost. All three of us could not get the TV to accept ChromeCast...using both Android and Apple devices...so we just went out and purchased a USB-C to HDMI cable and used our phones to stream movies to the TV.

We'll Be Returning Loved the 2-bdrm suite, perfect with two kids since we didn't have to sit quietly on the bed after they were asleep. They think of everything and gave so many fun things for the kids. Wonderful!
