Clean and quiet which we like ;) If breakfast menu was better five stars for me ! Perhaps we are late for breakfast? Almost nothing left 😆 Bathroom is clean Beddings are clean Coffee machine Iron and iron stand AC working Minimum requirements are all good taking care :)

These rooms are nice and clean we absolutely love the pool and hot tub. The staff is super friendly. We will be returning for the next 3 years while my son is in college

Terrible unacceptable hospitality/customer service with hoel manager and her male helper. a 4 page report of the details of this complaint over our 5 days stay are on file with corporate per their request. The final problem is that they apparently have no supervisory people love them. I was told to go back to the "problem" staff members the complaint is about to "solve the problems!

Our stay was fine except for the HVAC set-up. I CAN'T STAND the motion detection activated HVAC! Especially with windows that can not be opened. Waking up in the middle of night in a room so stuffy that I can't hardly breathe is awful. Luckily, I found a way to keep movement in front of the sensor that worked for the most part. I also did not especially like the super low-flow shower head. The people that think these are a good idea, in that less water per minute is achieved, do not understand that this inevitably causes people to simply stay in the shower longer. My shower took twice as long than at home just to be able to rinse the soap off. It is possible municipalities require low-flow heads as a local requirement. Other than this, the bed was firm and comfortable and the pillows were good. The room was clean and the included breakfast was decent. Pancake machine was pretty cool. Location is good.

Very clean, quiet, great breakfast options. On 3rd floor, but elevator and luggage cart made easy access and without the luggage, the stairs were good exercise.
