Park Farm

Stayed for two nights while visiting ascot racecourse,I would not hesitate to stay here again if ever I am visiting anywhere around the London area, we stayed in the garden cottage which was brilliant set at the side of the main house it was so comfortable,our host Caroline was lovely n provided a great breakfast too, you will struggle to find anything like this around the Windsor London area.thanks for your hospitality Caroline,Roy &lisa .

Excellent accommodation great breakfast and lovely comfortable rooms. Caroline our host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The information available in our room was excellent and included taxi numbers and bus information and also restaurant recommendations. This is a great place to stay.

A gem of a find! A beautiful well cared for B&B offering great detail and attention to all rooms & hospitality. Very clean & modern. Great location for Windsor, with off road parking. The host Caroline is very friendly & welcoming. Our room was a good size with new furnishings & the bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was cooked to order & delicious 😋. We will definitely be back & fully recommend Park Farm B&B.

Beautiful B&B best we’ve been in for a long time from the moment you arrive you know it’s special was greeted by Caroline lovely lady showed us round we stayed in the detached garden lodge wow absolutely stunning spotlessly clean fridge ironing board iron microwave gorgeous bed really comfortable bathroom shower all extras in room soaps shampoos toiletries all miniature portable fan all little extras in room to many to mention excellent location 8 minutes away from Windsor race course and town local taxi firm round corner £7 to Windsor town free parking at B&B other B&B’s and hotels around Windsor we’re charging up to £20 a night another plus Pub just over road newsagent aswell Breakfast was the best aswell This is the only accommodation we will use when we stay at Windsor again

A gem of a find. Lovely slow walk takes you across to Windsor long walk. Clean cosy rooms quiet and welcoming with free parking which in Windsor is a bonus. Breakfast was so nice. The owner had been ill but had made sure someone was there to prepare a really lovely full English. We will be staying again for sure.

What a fabulous place, we went 24th - 25th June 2024. We stayed in the long walk room. It was fabulous, lovely and clean, actually it was immaculate. Caroline had thought of everything for that room. The breakfast was delicious, everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend this b and b. Well done Caroline

We just spent 2x nights here when exploring Windsor . Our room was so clean, comfy, cosy , warm with everything what we needed. Bathroom was spotlessly clean with all toiletries provided. We felt very comfortable and would use this place again for sure. walk to town centre is 25 min circa. there is traffic outside and there are planes above you all day long but that is because Heathrow airport is so close, so if you want to explore beautiful Windsor- something to consider. Breakfast was great- Caroline will cook you full English or any other eggs and there are fruits, yoghurts, muffins etc. We really enjoyed our stay, I would love to talk more with the owner about Windsor and the area ,but she was very busy and not really have time to listen to us, which was a bit disappointing . But there is a lovely folder in the room , which explained us everything, so we had no problems at all. thank you

Wonderful place to stay although I was a bit disappointed at first - a couple of days before arrival I had phoned and spoken to Caroline and told her that I had booked to go to the Christmas Lights at Windsor Great Park at 4.30, and she had very kindly said that I could check in before then rather than later after my visit to the Lights. Unfortunately she forgot this and when I arrived she was not around; the parking area in front of the house was being resurfaced and the workmen refused to let me in. However a quick phone call to Caroline and she told me of a couple of alternative places to park - the first was on the driveway of the property next door but that was full of workmen's vehicles, so I drove down a street around the back of the property and parked there, it was a bit of a trek with a suitcase but it was do-able. The front door/room keys were in a key safe - I couldn't unlock the front door but another phone call to the ever patient Caroline and she told me that the front door needs a knack to unlock (Don't push the key all the way in) But the house and my room (the Deer Park Room) were so comfortable, clean, warm and cosy that all this was soon forgotten, and Caroline couldn't have been any more apologetic. Breakfast in the morning was superb. The B&B is very easy to find - there is an enormous sign at the front and an arch way which you go under, and the Prince Albert Pub is right opposite. I highly recommend staying here.
